Nice staff, clean rooms, good breakfast. But one more picture on the wall wouldn't have hurt.

The room is clean and confortable. The breakfast is good and quite wide selection available. The parking lots underground are very tight. There is a good quality shower gel and liquid soap in the toilet, but there is no slippers in the room. Internet is fast and free. No laundry service available in the hotel.

The hotel is a good choice if you want to stay relatively close to the city centre. The room is clean and quiet, the breakfast is amazing! I give 4 stars though because the WiFi is horrible and I couldn’t even work from my room due to the very slow network. I think it is not acceptable in 2024.

Wi-Fi was extremely slow on the 5th floor and constantly drops to the point of being useless. It took the hotel 3 days to fix it. The staff is very helpful. There’s beer in the reception 24/7. It’s a little isolated and takes about 15mins to the old town and the cool bohemian neighborhood north.

The room was clean and the lady at the front desk was helpful by trying to contact housekeeping to see if our room was ready since we arrived before check-in time. Parking across the street was a cheap 6€ per night. The room was super basic, very empty, with no amenities (save for a tablet with hotel and local information). The tablet came in handy because we couldn't figure out how to turn on the ancient air conditioning unit. The A/C did end up working, but the controls are not clear and it was very weak. The location is just okay as it's a little bit of a walk into the city center. The room itself was expensive, over $200 for one night in their most basic room, and breakfast was over 20€ per person.

Very nice welcome, space for our bikes in the underground car park, very nice breakfast buffet and very nice room. The only thing we were missing was a small refrigerator in the room so that you could cool your drinks even at 32 degrees (drinks in the foyer are a bit expensive). You can also hear the tram through the closed window, and there is also a large street adjacent to the hotel, so it's not that quiet.

We stayed in the hotel for one night. When we arrived and wanted to get ready, we first had to clean the bathtub because there was still hair and dirt in it. At breakfast you had to tell the girls what needed to be refilled; they couldn't see it on their own.
