A nice little guesthouse in a quiet location (only the S-Bahn can be heard), close to the city garden. The old town can be reached on foot through the city garden in 20 - 30 minutes. Our room was large and comfortably furnished, and our host was very friendly. The price is fair. We will come back next year.Addendum 2024: We are now here for the fourth time. What I wrote four years ago is still true. Anyone who wants to join the “Young Guard” will find excellent accommodation here because the route is so short. Ms. Helth's tips on events and restaurants nearby are always great.

We were in Dresden in May 2024 and booked the small and very nice holiday apartment in a prime and quiet location with the Leipart/Helth family. It was the first holiday apartment we vacationed in and it far exceeded our expectations.Everything was just perfect. There was a parking space and the option to park our e-bikes directly at the house. We had absolute peace and relaxation. We were able to have breakfast outside every morning and grill with our electric grill in the evening.We got great tips from the family. If there was something we could always ask, and everything we needed was there.If we come to Dresden again, we would be happy to visit you again. Thank you for the perfect stay.

It's a very nice guesthouse. The room was very clean and tidy. The landlady is very nice and gave us lots of tips about the city, which was interesting. The breakfast was also very good, with a view of the beautiful garden. We were here by bike and the city center can be reached very quickly through a beautiful park. We will come again. Best regards.

Rooms are clean and tidy. No luxury but still comfortable. Bathroom is a bit small. But enough for 1-2 nights. Everything available.The landlady, Ms. Helth, is very nice and accommodating. We had a good chat with her. We will definitely stay there again.
