Absolutely not recommended the hotel if you have to check in after reception hours. It also has to do with luck when you get into your room, as there are small key boxes in front of the hotel and if, like mine and another guest, the boxes are open and there is no key in them, you as a guest are initially lost. If you are sent to the alternative hotel "Hotel underSTAYtement" you will get a very nice room for the same price, but be careful! Double debits are made here! First at the hotel where you can't get in and you usually booked through booking.com and at the second hotel where you get a friendly welcome. Subsequent communication takes too long to get your money back or not at all! Then you can no longer have the money refunded through your bank or credit card company after a month and nothing will be transferred manually. Since, as already written above, another guest has the same problem at the same time, I assume that this is a scam to get double money. Absolutely not recommended!!!

We only stayed here for one night. The rooms were clean and well maintained.Unfortunately, despite booking a room with a double bed, we got a room with 2 single beds. No problem for one night but information in advance would have been nice. A big advantage is the self-check-in via key safe. So you can check in around the clock. However, it would have been good to inform the customer in advance. We assumed there was a safe on site. Instead there were suddenly 10 hanging on the wall of the house. Then the big puzzle began. We stood in front of the door at 11 p.m. and first read through the emails to see if the safe number was there. None... So we decided to just start with the first safe and were lucky that it was actually ours. When we unlocked the front door and turned on the light in the hallway, we saw that there was a note hanging on the front door telling which customer was assigned which key safe.Difficult to see in front of the front door in the dark. Therefore, the recommendation is to communicate this to the customer in an email.Otherwise we were very satisfied.

Spacious rooms and good treatment. However, they do not have (or did not have at least at the time of the stay) breakfast, even though in some photos we saw that they had it in the past.

The rooms are spacious and the tram is right in front of the hotel. There is no breakfast. The curtains are so thin that you can see through them from outside. Darkening is not possible, so with 3 windows it is too bright in the room at night. The floor is so badly laid that you almost trip. No bedside lamps available. The lighting can only be switched off from the door, otherwise you trip over the thrown-up floor covering. I will not be able to recommend the house any further.

Given the price and the planned duration for one night, I didn't have high expectations. The reality surprised me. The stairwell was, in a word, disgusting. A completely dirty and worn-out carpet was the first thing you saw when you entered the house. The room was equally disappointing. Sockets were pushed into the wall, the refrigerator was in a state of bulky waste, the wallpaper was greasy and stained, laminate was laid carelessly with large gaps, curtains that were apparently once white but now dark gray were only half-threaded hanging from the rails, to name just a few, dirt under the skirting boards and footrests on the floor, as well as empty shampoo sachets from the previous person in the shower. The latter didn't give the impression that the room had actually been cleaned. The lamps had the brightness of candles, just not as romantic. For €55 a night a double room is an imposition.

Very weak. The photos from booking.com have nothing to do with reality. Room 24 looks like some sort of almshouse. No staff to pay for the stay.Wi-Fi cannot be said because it works,Parking for 3.5 cars... but it is there.Overall crap.
