Beautiful place, very well connected to the main road. The staff is very kind and helpful!
Be aware that you cannot arrive at the door of the stay by drive, they will leave you at 5m distance, on the main road and you'll need to follow the river path to arrive.

Nice homestay away from all the hustle and bustle in Ubud. Only about 3-4 minutes away from the hustle and bustle, but super quiet. The breakfast was also very tasty, we would definitely come back!

Lovely home stay, with a comfortable, well-appointed room and a delicious breakfast. The family welcomed me with such friendliness and generosity. I would stay there again on a future visit without hesitation!

My wife was there for three weeks and I joined her last two nights. Although I didn't receive breakfast, the owner demanded additional money. In return I didn't even receive fresh towels but used those from my wife.Simple room, nice balcony. Bathroom needs renovation, bit of mold.

This location has my heart, breakfast is so delicious and all the staff is incredible. It's family owned so they put their entire heart into it. I loved seeing family pictures in the kitchen area, i will be coming back here when i return to BAli.

Good and cheap! Would recommend! And the walk to the hotel is a fun authentic experience :D it is a narrow dark road with a big riverlike thing going next to it.

Very kind hosts, amazing breakfast and newly renovated rooms. Perfect location, very close to heart of Ubud, but still far enough to enjoy peace next to the rice fields. Just a remark - cars cannot get all the way here, you'll have to walk few mins with your luggage, so you better pack light 😅.

It was a comfortable homestay accommodation. I stayed in a room on the 3rd floor, and the air conditioning worked well so it was cool. They clean the room every day. For breakfast, the green pancakes were the best. There is a rice field with fireflies at night and a restaurant (5 minutes walk). Cars are not allowed right in front of the accommodation (only motorcycles are allowed due to the narrow road), so we recommend using the homestay pickup when checking in.

So peaceful, set amongst rice terraces away from the main hustle and bustle from Ubud. The facilities and grounds are lovely. Made & Ayu are the best hosts and I’m sure we’ll be back in the future. Ps. The Green Pancakes are the best 💚

The room is large and very clean. The hotel is quietly located in the middle of rice fields, but the lively center can be reached in just 5 minutes on foot.

I stayed here with my sister and had a wonderful time! The host very graciously made breakfast for us for our trip up mount batur when we asked last minute, and it was delicious! They were very considerate and the rooms were really nice :))

This was my first guesthouse in Ubud.Advantages:It is located on the north side of the busy center, so it is suitable for sightseeing, but at the same time, it is very quiet and feels like living in the countryside :) Also, the room facilities were good value for money and the water quality was very good. (I brought a shower filter because I was sensitive to the water quality, but I wouldn't have needed it in Nirwa)Cons: It seems inevitable, but I often saw ants in the room. And the closet had a strong mold smell so it couldn't be used.I loved the location, cleanliness for the price, and the friendliness of Nirwa and his wife!

I stayed at Nirwa Homestay for 4 weeks during my Yoga Teacher training and I really enjoyed the time! The owners are really kind and they will make you feel like home! Made is making amazing breakfast!Only one thing (for me it's pretty important though) the rooms are smelly because they have a lot of humidity and so it gets moldy easily! After 4 weeks staying there my backpack was full of mold and even some stuff I was storing in the closet had mold aswell! I am allergic to this fungus and so the situation was really bad for me because I had to wash everything i have and it took me 3 days and a lot of energy to get everything clean again. Sadly they didn't show a lot of empathy and instead got upset and personally offended so in the end things got a little bad and they accused me of being dramatic and even kicked me out!Mold is a big problem in general in Bali and they can't really avoid getting it but also they don't do anything against it and they weren't friendly at all when I was explaining the situation.But I still keep thinking positive about the place and the time I had there and if you don't care about the mold it's a lovely place to stay!
