Apartment 201 was very good.Check-in worked well.With earplugs, the tram and party noise were okay.Tip: Please have the bedside tables attached by a professional and remove the drilling dust.

After reading some recent reviews post my booking, I was initially worried. However, upon arrival, I found myself pleasantly surprised and at odds with the negative feedback. While there's occasional tram noise, it's par for the course when staying in a vibrant city center. The apartment exceeded my expectations in terms of space and comfort, offering great value for money. Plus, the bed was perfect!Unfortunately, the TV, especially the Netflix feature, wasn't working properly. Another thing worth noting is the absence of a lift, which can be a bit challenging. The stairs are quite steep, but I understand that installing a lift in this building might not be feasible.Despite these minor inconveniences, my overall experience was positive. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this place to anyone seeking a convenient and cozy spot in the heart of the city.

During my stay there was a party in the apartment just below my place. It was also limehome apartment. I reported that to the owner, but there was no proper reaction. Party ended up in the middle of the night at 3:30. I was asking for relocation - no answer. I have been promised that police will be called - police did not show up.It was horrible night. I really do not recommend this place to anyone. Unbelievably poor customer service.

Unfortunately, limehome is not a place to be!In contrast to what is portrayed on social media, limehome's apartment is unfortunately anything but modern and stylish.First and foremost they are worn out but above all they are dirty and not even remotely clean!I already had bad experiences with a Limehome. But I thought 2. Chances are always good!Unfortunately, the stay was neither comfortable nor relaxed.The location with the tram in front of the door is the least of the problems.A lot was missing in the kitchen. There were only 2 small plates around e.g. B. To have breakfast. In addition, knives, glasses and dishes were not clean.The bathroom was actually the highlight. Probably nothing has changed there for 20 years. Broken tiles, holes in the wall and, above all, dirt and grime everywhere you look.The floor in the entire apartment was dirty and probably hadn't seen a rag in a few months.In addition, one of the lamps was broken (broken cable and loose contact) and the sofa was relatively stained.Overall, the stay was not pleasant and is absolutely not recommended.Then prefer a hotel or Airbnb.Sorry for the bad mood but I had to get this out of my mouth.

Bed super comfortable, apartment big but a bit too expensive for something here and there like rust spots in the bathroom for example, more towels wouldn't be bad either and maybe little things like dishwashing liquid shouldn't be missing. You can also work on the prices a bit.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with this holiday apartment and ended our 5-day stay after 2 days and booked a holiday apartment from another provider. It is located on a very busy and busy street, the tram is very loud and can often be heard late into the night. The surrounding bars and the noisy courtyard also made it difficult for us to find peace. Our apartment was on the 4th floor, without an elevator, which made it very difficult to carry luggage. In summer it also gets unbearably hot directly under the roof. Of course, the landlord can't do anything about all of this, except that perhaps a note when booking would be fair. (e.g. "The apartment is in an area that is very busy and busy at night") The communication in the context of our involuntary move was also exemplary fast. However, the apartment itself was also very disappointing. The pictures on the provider's website give the impression of a modernized and well-furnished apartment. In fact, our bedroom window was shattered, the joints and seals in the bathroom were moldy, the radiators and plumbing systems were old, the living room curtain was torn off and the entire electrical system with very old and numerous distribution strips was very adventurous and also dangerous for small children. Both televisions had no reception. Overall, the apartment made a very shabby impression on us and unfortunately we didn't feel comfortable here at all. The landlord also responded very quickly in writing to these deficiencies, which were definitely remediable (forwarding them to housekeeping/superiors), but then did not respond at all after more than two weeks. Therefore, here is the detailed experience report with all the pictures.

They are only interested in your money. I made a reservation for the wrong dates and after 2 hours I sent them a request for a refund. In my request, I asked to return part of the money, not all, but although 2 hours passed after the reservation, and until the moment of arrival, almost 2 months, they did not want to return even part of the money.Stay away from this place, if the issue is either customer or money they will always choose the money.

Well-equipped rooms (including coffee capsule machine, washing machine, hairdryer, etc.). Room on the ground floor is quite noisy due to the tram and pedestrians. The room on the 4th floor can only be reached via a staircase, you arrive at the top very exhausted with your suitcase and hand luggage, but the view is rewarding.Great location, historic city center within walking distance, tram stop is right in front of the door. Pub district and individual shops in the immediate vicinity.

+ Apartment very nice and super clean+ top equipment+ good location (tram in front of the door, shops available, old town theoretically within walking distance)+ Parking options for €6 a day around the corner- Unfortunately, guests smoked in the bathroom in front of us, so it smelled extremely bad (but the landlord can't help it)- In our opinion, the couch in the living room should be replaced because even sitting for 1-2 hours is extremely uncomfortableAll in all, a nice stay!
