It's amazing home stay must go and stay . Staff was very friendly and the staff pasek is good and help full behaviour was good . Hotel has rental bike also available.

Among the advantages of the location, I’ll tell you how everything really is, we moved in and paid rent for a month, after which we noticed the quality of cleaning in the room, everything was very dirty, my feet turned black after 5 minutes, I ran a napkin across the floor and it was dirty, there were yellow stains and hair behind the toilet rim, the kitchen had greasy splatters and was not cleaned, the bathroom was in a deplorable state, covered in scum. The sun did not reach the 1st floor; it felt like being in a basement. Next, we asked for a good cleaning or offered to order cleaning, which we were refused and in the evening the staff came running with our money for the month and said look for another place to live, literally offered to get out. We said that we would pay for our own cleaning service, which would remove everything, but we were refused. We had nowhere to go, we stayed there and paid for 1 night and went further away in the morning. I do not recommend anyone to live in such a place with such an attitude.Ps: Loudly coughing neighbors with screaming children across the path under your window are included as a gift.Ps: There is no parking space, so you will have to leave your vehicle at the minimart.Ps: an air conditioner that drips onto your desktop directly onto your laptop, they simply ignored your request to fix this

4.5 stars.In terms of room condition and facilities, this is so far, one of the best guesthouses I stayed in Bali. Ruman Taman is a hidden gem. Staffs, Made and Pasek are very friendly and helpful. You can reach them via WhatsApp if you can't find them at the front desk.Room is amazing with your own kitchenette and own water dispenser! Even though, there isn't a kettle to boil water, there is a pot where you can do that. What I like most about this room, is that there is privacy and well-lit, I could read with just the bedside light.The wifi is good and I could work comfortablely in my room the whole day.Location is a little far from the main area, but there are still many good cafes around. Morning walk is nice and this place is quiet, but still feel safe. I really enjoyed my 3 nights stay here.I had some problem with my AC remote at 11.30pm, but couldn't contact any staff to help me. To owner, if you see this message, maybe you need to look into having one more person who can take the night shift. Unfortunate things do happen in the middle of the night.😅. That's the only small issue I have.Nevertheless, it is still an enjoyable stay for me and I will come back here again.Ps: this is the only guesthouse among others I stayed in Bali who provides a hand towel.❤️

3 night experience in a garden house, super super comfortable! The room is spacious enough for two and there is a private kitchen.... the location is also very close to the center of Ubud😍

comfortable hotel. I've been here 4 times. something is decreasing. that is, there is no TV anymore. Hopefully it will be available again in the future. Parking the car is a bit difficult. because it's not available.

I liked the place overall but just had one major issue that affected my experience negatively. This is a review for the owners and not the general managing staff of the place who were really kind and helpful. But unfortunately there's no one staffed at the desk at night which is quite a security concern. Could expect this of an Airbnb, not a hotel. Owners should really consider having a backup generator installed. The electricity fused out 2 of the 6 nights and it was very uncomfortable given the heat and lack of ventilation in the room. Lots of mosquitoes and bugs if you decide to open the windows. The WiFi was out too, so I wouldn't recommend this place for long stays or people working remotely.
