The food is very good, all in all I can recommend it with confidence.The colleague often stays there, he says the hotel is great, clean and OK in terms of price.Since I live in the neighboring town, I sleep at home.

I am more than happy! Hotel in a top quiet location. Super nice and more than helpful service before arrival. Late arrival? No problem, key via safe with all necessary descriptions of the location of the room etc.Annoyed by mosquitoes on the first night (of course, location on the lake, room with balcony facing the lake), no problem, there is a solution with mosquito spray without having to ask and the information is: if it is empty, we have more.Super friendly receptionist.Room is very spacious and clean. Great view of the small lake.Highly recommended for a short trip, e.g. to Europa Park.

Late arrival failed. There was a code for the key box, but there were no keys in it. Reached no one by phone. Then had to book somewhere else. No fun at 1am!

We spent the last 3 nights here and it was not too bad! The rooms are spacious and the location is great for a visit to Europapark! Other than that there isn't much to see in the area! We came in April and the room was quite warm... there is no air conditioning or refrigerator in the room... so I doubt I would stay overnight here in the summer...Also, the room was not cleaned/made up once during the 3 nights, even though our card was hanging on the door... it was very quiet.

The room is large and clean. We were lucky that it overlooked the lake and not the industrial zone. We were perfectly welcomed and the young girl who welcomed us gave us very good advice for visiting the region.

Very disappointed with the hotel, reception and room building has 2 different locations, not indicated, not lit in the evening (room 113 above a restaurant which smells very strongly of fries, fat) to go to the breakfast lunch, (in the reception building, so walk outside the unmarked path or take the car)the breakfast was very generous, nice gentleman (no pastries, just jam and salty but very good) on the other hand only until 9:30 a.m. the servicethe room, large spacious, good bedding, balcony, but no heating, (forced to sleep in a sweater) in the bathroom light trickle of water from the tap (not easy to brush your teeth) shower, average shower curtain ...not necessarily well signposted when arriving on the road

The Hotel Europa near Offenburg impresses with its central location, between Offenburg and the border with France, and it is not far to Strasbourg. The rooms are comfortably furnished and offer a successful mix of modernity and cosiness. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to make your stay pleasant. The cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel are commendable. There is a breakfast buffet until 9:30 a.m. and an in-house restaurant until 10 p.m. WiFi is reliable and available free of charge. The Hotel Europa definitely supports a successful stay in the region.

We had a great stay here when we were visiting the Europapark in Rust, It's only a 15 min car drive away. The hotel offers a great breakfast on the weekends and the manager and staff are very nice and helpful. The hotel is quietly located next to a little lake and there's a restaurant just a 2 min walk away to have dinner at.

Bed hard, shower slippery, no shelf for shower cosmetics, no bath mat for the floor, very cold tiles, the heater in the bathroom was cold and didn't get warm despite the end of October!! Some lighting doesn't work! We reported it the next morning, nothing happened!! Can't be reached by phone at all! It was very quiet at night, the only plus point!! We don't recommend it!! The staff at the reception was very friendly!!

So when I booked, I found the hotel very inviting. Okay, it's in the commercial area, but the view of the lake made it better. The room was very spacious and clean. The reception was very friendly. I'll book there again.

Very bad experience, cobwebs everywhere as well as its manufacturers….Disastrous room, the foam mattress, we could appreciate the slats of the box spring all night, a lot of dust everywhere, the bathroom no cleanliness, like in the rest of the hotel, located in an industrial zone we couldn't even open the window at night despite the heat from the ventilation of the surrounding factories.Very, very basic breakfast, the person who was there had no sympathy. Dirty dining room, we could guess what our predecessors had eaten!!The exterior of the dilapidated hotel (like the interior), cables hanging everywhere.... It looks like the hotel isn’t finished!No restaurant, no mini bar……In short, I will never go back there, and I do not recommend it!!

I will never return to this hotel, location next to a factory, noise 24 hours a day, no minibar, breakfast to die for, dishes and dining room dirty, dusty, I slept better while camping!

Clean rooms, well isolated so no noise from the factory nearby. No airco though. The bar wasn't open (yet), but the italian restaurant Mondo is at 1 km. And there's a litle bach at the lake.
