Never again!!! In the bathroom, the masking tape from painting is still stuck to the door frame. For just under 200 Swiss francs a night, it was very spartanly furnished. Every prison cell has more comfort. In the pictures it all looks modern, in reality it looks run down + just nicely painted over. The bathroom is really old-fashioned + using a plastic toilet seat where the previous guest's dirt hangs in the scratches, disgusting! It's not clean either. I was woken up at three in the morning by a knock on the door from a stranger who wanted to enter the room. I have no idea how often they change your door code! But I felt anything but safe! And then just a chat to help, which just says not to open the door and to call the police. Afterwards, no questions or anything like that whether everything had been clarified. It doesn't work at all! All in all overpriced for what you get. I'm not coming back! What can we improve?Cleanliness! Improve facility! Change door code regularly! Overall, simply more quality and cleanliness! What kind of cardboard doors are these?! Light shines through below and there is no peephole. Really rather run down and paying so much money for it is really a disgrace!!!

Booked a room a week in advance and three days before arrival they emailed me that the room is not available due to maintenance work. The number to call was not working and there was no other option to get in contact with them. I would expect a phonecall in that case. Why else should you provide your phone number during the registration process.

The hotel is well located, the rooms are as seen in the photos, everything is done without the need to interact with people. They have work and rest areas, coffee, and a room to store your luggage in case you arrive early or leave late. For such an expensive place the price is good

Very nice space. By the tram, which takes you twice to the main station and in the other direction to the second major station. There is a kettle and a coffee machine. The microwave is a bit missing... there is one in the kitchen, but access for CHF 25 seems (at least to me) a bit too expensive.I highly recommend it!Ps. Sockets only Swiss ones. You won't be able to connect a wide laptop plug.

I booked a room at Hotel Basilisk but found out that the business changed 2 years ago to BeCozy. I was expecting a reception with staff and a working telephone number and email contact. Instead, I was confused to find BeCozy. Their online chat was responsive to address issues but this is not the advertised service. Note to owners: Please stop using the old name! Perhaps the fault is with the booking agent (I used Key Travel, who use Booking.com behind the scenes). [I have shared my feedback with them directly too.]Room was clean except for towels withshower gel. Bed was good except the pillows. Watch out for trip hazard power cable in front of the ground floor lift, seems to be there permanently. Staff were friendly and quick to help, especially with my check in time request, but did not receive the correct instructions in advance.

3 stars for the service as it is all automatic, the cleaning was still good and I found a cleaning lady, I think, very friendly.

The worst hotel visit I've ever had… Inconvenient check-in. I had no electricity in the room from the first night. Despite repeated requests and a lot of patience, it couldn't be fixed. The 24/7 service couldn't help either and even claimed that the electricity had been repaired.Additionally, no understanding or an apology. If there were 0 stars, this “hotel” would have deserved it. Congratulations…
