The only good thing about this place is its location! My experience here includes homeless people staying in my room acting as if they were regular guests, aggresive attitudes from the same homeless people (I left the apartment because I was not feeling safe!), a massive infestation of bed bugs (I was bitten a lot everyday) that hostal personnel do not care about (bed bugs can transmit important vector-borne diseases), blood in my bed sheets, food theft, aggressive guests, dirty bathrooms and bad smell.Totally would not recommend this place.

As many say, the only good thing is the central location of the hostel. Other: Bed bugs and coffee machine whose soup function is a rip-off.

The bathrooms were very unhygienic and smelly. In addition, the beds were full of bed bugs. Very uncomfortable feeling. I can't recommend it!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the apartment I booked. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired - the pictures didn't correspond at all to the actual conditions. The shower and toilet were extremely dirty and unhygienic. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend the apartment to anyone. To make matters worse, I complained about these deficiencies but received no response. The service was just as bad as the apartment itself. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Nice hostel in the heart of Karlsruhe, a bit hidden but easy to reach by public transport.Very friendly welcome, everything was explained and shown calmly upon arrival. The room was spotlessly clean, with a locker to lock. Shower also perfectly fine. I was alone in the shared room and heard almost nothing from other guests. Despite the central location, it was very quiet.Edit:Unfortunately I have to take back the positive feedback. As many other guests have reported, bed bugs in the room. I saw the insects but didn't think anything of it. The light was on and all sorts of six-legged friends came into the room. But explains where the thick stitches on the skin come from.
