Located about 10 minutes (by car) southwest from the central station (about 30 minutes by foot). All in all quite on the shabby side with old and stained carpets on the floor and some unintended 80th vibe - definitively in need of more than just a new paint job.Rooms are very small with tiny beds and paper thin walls.Maybe not too pricey (compared to other hotels in this city), but no good value for the money either. There are much better options, even in Stuttgart.Would not go there again.

In general the experience has been very good, I would return and stay more days, the room was very large, the bed was very comfortable and the hotel looks clean and in order, the bathroom has a bathtub and was impeccable

Hotel well located 10 minutes walk from the city center. Spacious and clean rooms. Slightly dilapidated premises. Breakfast too simple, not enough choice. Friendly staff. Reasonable price for the city

Stayed at the hotel in Stuttgart for 4 nights and can only report positive things. Rooms on the 5th floor, everything was clean, very spacious balcony, great view over Stuttgart and air conditioning...everything was great. The staff was friendly, competent and the breakfast was more than sufficient... I'd be happy to come back again

The room is of adequate size and very clean. I stayed only one night. The reception staff were very helpful. Check-in and check-out were quick. The location was very close to everywhere. There is a bit of a sound insulation problem in the rooms. The bed was very comfortable. It would be nice to have a mini refrigerator.

✅ The location is great, it's right next to the Schloßstraße subway stop, where you can actually easily walk into the city center. It only takes 3-4 minutes to get to the Feuersee, which is also great and right next door to the Feuersee there is a supermarket that is open 24 hours.✅ The room with a small bathroom is very clean and there is a small TV.✅ Some of the employees are friendly✅ There is an outdoor area where you can sit down comfortably and relax.⛔ The beds are far too small, uncomfortable and I don't feel comfortable in them, I'm 194 tall, I barely fit in⛔ Wifi reception is very weak, both inside and outside. Every video hangs and buffers

As far as location this is okay but rooms I have no clue and service is HORRIBLE towards customers. I booked a month before I was to be in Stuttgart as with several other hotels and things changed. This hotel refused to allow me to cancel without charging me 150 euros. They had the option to wave it according to the company I booked with AND if you go on the site it says that you can book with a free cancelation but that was changed to be like that after my booking apparently. Let me say that again THEY HAD THE OPTION TO WAIVE and management said no and charged me for TWO NIGHTS not ONE. Ask yourself, what kind of hotel takes your money for both nights when you want to cancel a month and a week before you are to arrive. So they have my money and will rebook the room. I do travel to Stuttgart all the time and with large groups for travel when I'm working (this was a private trip) I will make sure any companies I use to do travel arrangements for Stuttgart stay away from this hotel for large group bookings. I'll also mention it at every travel conference I go to and to all friends who even think they want to visit Stuttgart. Don't be fooled by their cheap price YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR in facilities and BAD SERVICE. I hope they enjoy that 150, perhaps the universe will produce a plumbing issue that will cost double what they got from me.
