Dirty room there were about 20 spiders in the room, dirty shower holes in the walls you hardly get any sleep because of the sheets and the room just stinksI wouldn't recommend anyone to go there

The hotel is located directly at the ludwigshafen mundenheim train station and you can reach mannheim hauptbahnhof sometimes within 10 minutes and sometimes within 30mins or longer depending on the time of departure and the public transport available.The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable with enough light coming in, however it is not so clean. The common toilet and the kitchen toilet are not clean and they are very old. The fridge leaks water at the bottom.The hotel is managed by an old guy who is nice but not sure if he understands much what is going on.I would definitely not stay here again.

''DISASTER'' - the perfectly accurate name for the, in my view, crumbling ruin that functions under the deceptive name ''Relax Hotel''. The circumstances are extremely dramatic. Generally very neglected and underinvested. The stay can become an unpleasant experience, catastrophic grievances.Lack of oxygen, poor air circulation, the windows can hardly be opened, the bathroom door cannot be closed. The water flowed down from the shower area onto the floor. It's not cleaned properly there. There were huge hatches on all sides of the room door. You can hear different noises from the rooms and hallways non-stop.The majority of objects become damaged, break apart, disintegrate and the parts simply fall apart when touched lightly, like old scrap that needs to be thrown away and not used.It felt like the accommodation was built and furnished by some amateurs. The color of the walls can really hurt your eyes.The hotel service lacks skills. I was spoken to in English and not understood after I asked for an extra towel and the direction to the train station. After I allegedly talked too loudly that day, I was warned about a police call.It would be good to check whether the building meets construction standards and can function as a hotel. A conversion and renovation is urgently necessary.

Spent 2/7 nights thereThe pure disaster of being dirty and stained is no longer possible and on the second day there are unwanted roommates in the room... ants in hordes. Normally no star. Unfriendly staff. Never again

I had booked a room to rest, which of course the location was not suitable, people were walking and talking loudly in the hallway, everything from outside could be heard from the room, I have never had such a bad experience that I unfortunately had to Be sure to look for other hotels because the peace and quiet in the hotel is not their strength!

I had booked a room and unfortunately had to cancel due to illness. I didn't feel well enough to drive, but the booking was still deducted from my credit card. Since I'm often in the area, I would have continued to book with you, but under this condition no longer great performance.

Reception staff were super friendly, flexible and helpful. Good service, parking available. Independent fitted kitchen for cooking facilities available, lobby and smoking area also available. Need to be repeated!!!
