Clean and tidy, hotel for one night, no more. Toilet and shower are on the floor, you can hear street noise in the room, they don’t know what air conditioning is. The price for such a service is overpriced. Plus online registration.

Perfect stay for 1-2 nights. The check-in system is automated and if you name is spelled right gives you access also late at night. Parking lot is available at no extra cost in front of the building. Staff is nice and available via phone. A whatsapp call number would help for international guest. All clean and tidy. Shared bathroom is not a big deal if you travel alone.

Well, what can I add.. probably the worst of my travel experiences in the last 5 years.One star for self check-in and payment, everything else a disaster. Room - shabby walls, stains, smudges, dirt everywhere, even a dead spider in the corner of the wall.Crazy noise from outside, windows with translucent curtains, so still light. Please avoid the arch if you can.

Clean, very comfortable! Pleasant bedding. The bathroom in the hallway is very clean. The TV works. I only stayed for one night, as a break during a long car drive. I rested comfortably and could continue my journey. There is a fully equipped kitchen in the hallway. Check-in is very convenient with the machine. I arrived late from the road and was pleased that the staff didn't have to wait for me. I handled everything quickly, got the card, and was already in the room. Everything was fine.

I booked an inexpensive place to stay in Heilbronn online, but overlooked the fact that the Pension Arkade Heilbronn has no reception staff. Then I stood in front of the door unsuspectingly. I found a phone number and reached a gentleman who was sitting somewhere else and reluctantly gave me information. When I asked how I got into the hotel, he simply hung up. If even the slightest problem occurs here, you're stuck because the service, wherever it is, probably won't be able to help you.Check-in takes place at a terminal on the wall of the house (see photo). I suspect that some older or less tech-savvy people already find it difficult to overcome this obstacle. Without my cell phone, from which I could get the booking information, and without a valid credit card, I wouldn't have been able to get into the guesthouse and would probably have had to spend the night outside the door. It would be unimaginable if my battery had been empty or I would have had a problem with the KK!I didn't pay a lot of money for the overnight stay, but in retrospect it was still too much given the quality of the offer. The room was tiny, with a cot, almost more like a cell. There was no curtain, so the room was already light as day at 5 a.m. Since the guesthouse is very noisy and is located directly on a busy street, you can hardly sleep anyway.I first had to completely wire and set up the television with tuner myself. After about an hour I got it working.If there is anything I can say is positive, it would be the cleanliness.Conclusion: Spend a few euros more and look for accommodation with staff!

Unfortunately extremely loud as it is located on a main road. Room doors close very loudly from the outside, which everyone in the house can always hear.What was absurd was that while I was there in the evening there were uncontrolled screams coming from the house or one of the surrounding buildings at irregular intervals. Woke up at 3 a.m. on the first night... Really unpleasant, even if it may have nothing to do with the guesthouse.

In my room you could clearly see signs of break-in, a window couldn't be closed and the bathroom is incredibly narrow. I wouldn't book again. You can check in at the machine on site.

The room is icy, the heating is not working! Almost no remedy, I called. WUpon arrival, the room was +12 degrees, after two days it was 17. The cleanliness of the corridor, kitchen, toilet and bathroom was perfect

The hotel and clean and fine, but the service was not good. For some reason, our card did not work, so we had to go to another hotel to change the card. We wasted 3 hours on getting there by bus and back, given that it was their error they should have provided a taxi or come with the card themselves.

Payment machine doesn't work, you have to pick up the key card at another location (over two kilometers away) the service staff is unreasonable (it's not our fault that the machine doesn't work)Accommodation itself is too expensive and the location is poor, on a very busy road.
