Modern accommodation in a good location with a fair price/performance ratio.I'm always in Gaggenau on business and I like staying in this accommodation. The equipment is modern and is completely sufficient for a few days.However, 2 points would improve the comfort in the accommodation:- Lights above the kitchenette (a little more light when cooking would be nice)- A cutting board (makes preparing food easier)

Very bad experience. They did not send door pin code. Had to find another hotel and they took the money from my account. Now they won't refund the money. It's like a joke this hotel. Very bad service.

Good budget American style hotel for short stay!Online booking was easy. Confirmation and room. PIN came directly to the cell phone via email. .The room is large enough and modernly furnished, the bathroom is also very spaciousMy room was immaculate, clean and tidyParking possible right in front of the doorIf you like the anonymity of this hotel and are just looking for a room quickly and easily, this is the right place for youOf course there is no breakfastThere is a restaurant and a supermarket opposite the hotel

I couldn't book in Italian. They didn't send me the email to check in. The hotel is American style, new. Cute too. The rooms were beautiful, but without air conditioning, in the room there was a large window, where the view was, a piece of garden, so to speak with unkempt grass. The staff was non-existent, we had to call several times because the room wouldn't open. You have to do everything by phone, the Italian language doesn't exist. The only staff we saw were two cleaners, they were friendly. The mattress and sheets were clean. Like towels, and dishes. But the floor and that carpet under the bed. It was scary. In my opinion it could be much improved.

In general you can recommend the chain: good beds, clean, spacious, fridge, parking in front of the door. It always looks the same (like photos). This time we had a bit of bad luck with the cleanliness and lock, but telephone service worked well.

Upon arrival, two of the three rooms booked had problems activating the lock with the code provided. Then we called customer service and we were helped by a very unfriendly lady. The bottom line was that it wasn't their problem and there was nothing they could do about it now. We asked if they could reset the code, but that turns out not to be possible, which is very strange. They can only open the door from the location where they are sitting; so you have to call every time if the code doesn't work. However, the telephone line would close at 10:00 PM, so we would not be able to enter after that time.Also one of the rooms had not been cleaned and was told by the same lady that the hotel was fully booked and that we could not get another room. She then hung up angrily.Completely bewildered and disappointed, we tried to call another number. The lady who then helped us was friendly and helped us well. It turned out that the hotel was not fully booked after all and luckily we were able to get a clean room.Very unfortunate to start the holiday this way. Nevertheless, we still had a good stay.

The rooms are clean - so they serve their purpose. I don't find it particularly appealing that the door to the bathroom doesn't close completely. The number with the codes to open the room worked perfectly. The apparently upstream AI on the homepage was annoying when booking... there were several people who searched and booked at the same time - within 45 minutes one colleague booked for 69.- and another for 109.-. It doesn't work at all.When asked why this was the case, there was a typical cool answer: “The system does it.”

terrible hotel, we never got the pin code confirmation email to check in. Then took 30 minutes of calling someone for them to tell us that they were fully booked and canceled the reservation. However, we never got an email telling us about the cancellation. It has been over 30 days and we still have not received our money back.
