RUDE STAFF!!!I've never experienced anything like this in my entire life. I want to order a coffee. Two ladies are standing at the reception ignoring me until my companion decided to call one of the ladies again. After about 5 minutes of waiting, one who wanted to serve us came a few seconds later a very unfriendly lady and sent us away because we are “young people” (and because you are supposedly not allowed to order something without a room? have researched and this is not true) which, firstly, is not true and secondly, we are customers who pay? so what is the problem. Judging someone based on their appearance is not possible at all. The staff should be better trainedWe then went to another motel one and it was no problem for them that we ordered something without having a room thereOn the day we were there, the MOTEL ONE was empty, not a single guest was there as well as informationNever again

All in all we liked it here. The proximity to Schleyer Hall was perfect for our stay. To be honest, you have to admit that this is one of the smaller motel one, which didn't bother us.

Friendly welcome, clean, well-maintained hotel. The room and bathroom were also well maintained. Breakfast was very tasty, something for everyone. Staff very friendly.Only the occupancy at the bar in the evening was a little higher. As a result, a queue was jammed halfway across the reception hall. It took a good forty minutes until it was your turn. That's a bit much for one drink. Maybe we can still optimize here. But I can still fully recommend the hotel. Would book again.

The location is ideal for reaching the Wasen on foot. The bar is open 24 hours, which is of course perfect for this purpose. However, like all other hotels at that time, the prices are overpriced.

I was in contact with Ms. Kuppinger because I needed a short-term rebooking. She was extremely accommodating and supported me professionally in resolving my concerns. Thank you again for that! I will definitely book a Motel One again on my next stay in Stuttgart.

Booking catastrophic! First the website shows available (with date), then I do the registration procedure and then get the information that there is NO room available.

Typically ugly Motel One design. In the bar, the furniture looks like it was thrown together from various leftover items. The room was tiny but clean. There's hardly any space. It's really only suitable for sleeping, for a maximum of 1 or 2 nights. You shouldn't travel with luggage for more days because you don't have enough space. Speaking of sleeping. The bed was pleasantly hard. The pillows and blankets were cheap. When held up to the light, you could see where the stuffing was bunched up in the blankets. The soap provided smelled very pungent and unpleasant. The rack for the coat rack was at eye level in front of the mirror, so it was annoying when you wanted to look at yourself in the mirror. On Sunday evenings, there were a lot of people milling about in front of the house, chatting loudly and disturbingly until shortly after midnight.Double room cost over €100 a night, without breakfast. In my opinion, completely excessive for such a tiny room without any comfort.A large bottle of water costs a hefty €6 at the bar, even if you just want to take it with you.
