Room was clean but very spartan. It smelled like smoke. Bathroom, toilet etc. to share on the same floor. Entrance was super narrow. But at least a small parking lot. The highway is close, but couldn't be heard on the weekend.

I had booked a room at the Pension Arkade for a whole month (32) days. When I wanted to use the check-in machine on site (since the reception was already closed), it didn't show my booking, even though I received confirmation several times. I called the service, who were sometimes unfriendly and assured me several times that they would call me back, but they never did. After 5 different employees on the hotline and 5 different promises to take care of it, 2 hours have passed. In these 2 hours you could already see that I was happy not to live in this “pension”. Shady people, obviously people on drugs who went to bed and breakfast. Also a lady who was approached by 2 different men…Since the door to the guesthouse was open, I went in to look at the shared bathrooms. Not really clean and questionable layout (toilet and showers are right next to each other but anyone can come in at any time, including people from the street). As a woman I wouldn't want to live there, but as a woman it's also pretty uncomfortable and the security of the complex is poor.To date I have not received a response from the employees who wanted to solve my problem.Thank you ;)

no bathroom in the rooms no bathroom is the biggest drawback, few parking spaces. The price is not high, but there is no comfort. Plus there are two beds in the room.

It is an OK place to stay for one night. The checkin is through a machine, where you put your name, pay and it gives you your entry card. Mine did not work, had to call the number from Booking. Parking is limited and "first come, first serve".

The beds are crawling, there is no physical reception, check-in ala ATM style, shared showers and toilets. Parking in the style of first-timers, first-timers.

A disgrace for the price!Warning: If you are a woman you should not book this accommodation!- no mirrors in the room- No hairdryer to be found anywhere- no trash cans in the toilet cubicles for the disposal of hygiene products- no reception and the entrance door to the guesthouse is always open- only wine glasses are placed in front of you (not even a normal glass or any cup)- no separate toilets!!- the showers are in the same bathroom as the toilets, made of glass and cannot be locked (so you have to be prepared that someone might be showering when you want to go to the toilet- the guesthouse is next to an arcade and therefore shady characters stay there and scream at night- Mattresses with springs and feather pillowsReally a disgrace for the price.The only positive thing was that there was Disney channel on the TV and it was very clean.

Hotel was totally sufficient for one night. Shared bathroom was also perfectly fine. But it could have been a little cheaper. What was great was that check-in was possible until tomorrow morning. Super!

Ok for a fitter's room or as emergency accommodation. Please work on cleanliness.I don't need to know the hair color of the last three residents. Basically well furnished and at first glance. Bathroom situation takes some getting used to.

Spielo right next door, including strange characters and there was a very unpleasant smell in the hallway, shared bathroom (shower cubicles with no privacy) and especially in the room. But it was clean everywhere. The quick automatic check-in right next to the entrance is also positive. All in all, highly recommended...
