Good evening.This hotel stopped me 1200 euros through the company Omnibus Kraus !!!I lived in this hotel from 21 August to 9 November as a bus driver and I worked for DB.The payment for the camera was made by the company Omnibus Kraus GmbH based in Forchheim.On November 9 around 8 o'clock I left the room to take my luggage to the car, the door closed automatically, and the PIN code stopped working when I returned from the car, luckily it was on a day in which maid was on duty and opened for me with the key.Please note that the hotel does not have a reception.On August 14, 5 days later, I was informed by a colleague from Romania who works at the respective company that the hotel room was devastated and that the hotel is asking Omnibus Kraus GmbH for 1500 euros!I immediately send a message to the owner of Omnibus Kraus GmbH and write to him on WhatsApp what my colleague from Romania told me.The owner of the company answers me that he does not understand what it is about, because the hotel room has been rented since I left the hotel and is still rented, messages stored in WhatsApp, which I post below in the pictures.An hour after the message sent saying that everything is ok, the boss asks me via WhatsApp message if I gave the PIN code to someone!Unbelievable but true!I told her that after I left the room to go to the car the door closed, and when I came back the PIN code was no longer working, luckily it was the maid on duty and she opened it with my key!!!In a short time, the dispatcher of Omnibus Kraus GmbH sends me pictures of two slightly yellow mattresses, a slightly yellow sheet, a dirty towel and splashed sink tiles!!!So, there was nothing broken, broken.How can you ask for money for two slightly yellow mattresses!What evidence does the hotel have that I yellowed the mattresses, or anyone who was in my place.Who checks when renting a hotel room the quality of the mattresses, i.e. what's under the sheets?Or even if the sheet and the towel were a little yellow,DOES THE CUSTOMER HAVE TO PAY FOR WASHING, MATTRESSES, SHEETS, TOWELS?GOD IS MY WITNESS, IT'S CHRISTMAS LAST, I DIDN'T EVEN TOUCH THE TOWELS IN THE BATHROOM, THEY REMAIN CLEAN LIKE THE FIRST DAY WHEN I ENTERED THE ROOM!!I HAVE PICTURES FROM THE HOTEL ROOM LITTLE TIME BEFORE I LEAVE, THE PROOF IS THE GOOGLE PHOTO DATE.On the 22nd of November when they paid the salaries, the Omnibus Kraus company did not pay my salary on the grounds that they had to pay a sum of money to the hotel in question!After dozens of messages sent to the owner of the company Omnibus Kraus GmbH, I told him that I would go to the police, and I would look for a lawyer. A few days later he sent me 1950 Euros, and 1200 Euros he said HE PAID TO THIS HOTEL, BECAUSE HE SENT HIM PICTURES OF TWO SLIGHTLY YELLOW MATTRESSES, A SHEET AND A TOWEL....Unbelievable but true, after almost a month the owner of Omnibus Kraus GmbH sends me a picture of the slightly scratched bathroom door!I asked him why now?What else do you want to send me?I mention that I don't know German and I don't have lawyer insurance.And the lawyers asked me for large sums of money, which no matter what a court of law decides, they told me that I will never get the money I pay to the lawyer!!!!I believe that the amount of 1200 euros that Omnibus Kraus GmbH withheld from my salary for the hotel (two slightly yellow mattresses, a slightly yellow sheet and a towel, and after almost a month they send me a picture of the door from bathroom with a small scratch on the bottom) is unfair, it is crying out to Heaven.I would have never thought that a hotel could request money 5 days after the customer leaves!I mention that the hotel has video surveillance cameras, in which you can see that the maid came and opened it with my key, because the PIN code was no longer functional!If he wasn't on duty, I'd hang out.....Below are my pre-departure and hotel pictures sent to Omnibus Kraus GmbH.And the "receipt" of 1460 euros with VAT from the hotel, for which the company withheld 1200 euros from my salary!!!
