You shouldn't always rely on recessions. Daughter loves the hotel. Location great. Room very satisfied, nice staff and the price for Freiburg was great. Will be our salvation more often in the next few weeks.

It's a shame that nothing more is being invested in the rooms. We have some things that are defective or unfortunately broken. The breakfast is also not as good as described by other guests. There is a lot of potential we booked through booking. And then he had a surprise. There were additional costs for the room tax. Everything wasn't right, it wasn't shown correctly. Even on the homepage the hotel isn't very annoying. Otherwise I would have booked somewhere else. All costs must be transparent.

A very friendly welcome and also helpful. With a question. How to get to the exhibition center by tram.But then came the surprise after returning. The room that you booked for me. An extra bed tax was charged per person via booking.com. This was neither on the hotel's internal website nor on booking.com. This is not a pretty thing. Something like this has to be stated beforehand so that you have a transparent price. Unfortunately the room wasn't nice either. Even if you looked at the good neighbor's balcony, the balcony border was in a critical condition. The room also has stains on the walls and ceilings. The mattress was horribly laid out so that you slipped into a ball in the bathroom. The soap dispenser only had the holder, but there was no new soap attached for washing hands. There. But the vent from the bathroom filter. The cover and when you opened the door immediately hit the toilet because a door stop was missing and the handle to open it. The balcony door could have been screwed tight. And a piece of the carpet border under the TV cabinet was also missing. Maybe there is no employee here to put the rooms in order. The breakfast was so-so, with very small baked rolls and inexpensive cold cuts, which was positive. Fruit and a freshly made porridge with apple pieces and the scrambled eggs and the sausages and the bacon were unfortunately cold or only lukewarm. Were very disappointed with this hotel. You should spend a few euros and put a few little things aside. The positive thing about this hotel is that you can get into the city center very easily and the good, friendly staff get a lot out of it. And maybe refresh the homepage with the latest accommodation prices.

No idea, not fish and not meat.Just outside of Freiburg. Limited parking options. There are better rooms in the main building and worse ones in the old building. They are very warm there and when the windows are open, the night's peace ends around 5 a.m. because of the traffic.

The rooms are okay, but could do with a little renovation. Everything is a bit rustic and a carpet with stains is no longer up to date. The breakfast is good, only the sausage could be changed. We've been in the hotel for 14 days now and the same thing every morning is not nice. But on the whole you can recommend the hotel.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Lowen Hotel thanks to the friendliness and availability of the staff. Thank you again. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and varied. It is accessible by public transport and by car.

Hello everyone, the hotel is past its prime. Unfortunately the price wasn't right either because I had to pay a fee (tourist tax of 5%) upon arrival. Overall, without going into details, it was a disappointment.

We stayed at the INVITE Hotel Löwen in Littenweiler on the outskirts of Freiburg from June 5th to 6th, 2024. The location of the hotel is good - a bit off the main road. However, the hotel has had its best days behind it:- the shade of the floor lamp was very stained- the carpet in the room was also extremely stained,The carpet in the hallway was also stained- the hairdryer in the bathroom was almost museum-worthy and had been patched up several times with adhesive tape.- All that was left of the make-up mirror in the bathroom was the holder- the tablecloth on the balcony was stained- We found the rusty water broth that awaited us in the bathroom very serious- Despite having several windows open, there was a musty smell- the radiators (radiators) in the bathroom could use cleaning- There was a soap stain on the edge of the sink - soap had been leaking out of the soap dispenser for a long time- the furnishings are anything but modernIt is very commendable to mention that our room was very spacious. We had booked a double room - in addition to the double bed there were 2 more beds and a desk. A television was also available.The breakfast was ok. However, fried eggs had to be prepared yourself on a very old, very furrowed cast iron plate. The parquet floor in the breakfast room was extremely worn. An antiquated facility awaited us there too. The cleaning of the tables in use was very creative - the crumbs were swept into a tray with a broom. Of course, a lot of crumbs fell on the corner bench. A quick shake out and turning of the seat cushions rounded off the cleaning.The parking space was free of charge - an underground car park is available.The staff was friendly and tried hard.All in all, we definitely wouldn't have spent several nights there. We've gotten great rooms in other hotels for this price.
