We reserved 7 rooms during the "Cannstatter Wasen" periodEverything was perfect, the rooms are quite large and very comfortable. The hotel and its facilities are very clean, the staff is friendly.The location is perfect, three U-Bahn stations to Wasen.We encountered a small reservation problem. Ilona Raptis was very attentive and did everything to find a solution. Thanks to her.We have a German group with 7 Zimmern, all we have is zufrieden.Hotel sehr sauber, schöne Zimmer (ruhig), tolles Frühstück. Bestens gelegen, 3 Stationen zum Cannstatter Wasen.Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten ein kleines Reservierungsproblem. Im Besonderen hat un hier Ilona Raptis geholfen und alles in die Wege geleitet um eine Lösung zu finden. Vielen Dank an Sie.

Staff is very friendly, breakfast is also very good except for the scrambled eggs. Rooms are fair for the price, beds are comfortable, no smells, only the shower in the bathroom is not good because the heat setting doesn't really work and is a bit dirty. The location is okay, not too noisy. For the price you can definitely stay overnight there.

The rooms are very good, the mattresses are very comfortable. Very clean. The staff friendly. Well located, right next to the subway. The best pretzels in town at Baker Frank!

The location is perfect, very close to the center and can be reached by tram in about 15 minutes. Tram stop is only 20 meters away. Breakfast is also good. There is also a parking garage. The rooms are well equipped and VERY well insulated. Restaurants can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.If you're unlucky, you'll get a room on the outside - so noise from morning to night. Parking garage fee of 17EUR is relatively expensive, but OK.

Very unmotivated, inconsiderate staff. A mistake was made three times and no one ever apologized. When you then asked by email why a new amount of €154 had been debited, you received the money back, but there was no reply to the email. If you try to reach the hotel by phone, an AI voice will answer that leads to an email address.

So the location of the hotel is good. You can get anywhere quickly and easily.For around 260 euros for two people, you really only get the minimum for the price. We are from Lake Constance and even there you can get better and higher quality rooms and breakfast for the price range.So the price-performance ratio doesn't match. 160 euros would definitely be enough for what you get.Oh yes and parking costs another 17 euros on top. I actually think it's very cheeky that you have to pay extra for it, especially since you're already paying almost 300 euros for the room anyway.

Rooms are OK, staff friendly. Unfortunately I booked without breakfast, so I can't say anything about that. Location is very quiet in the evenings.The only thing that bothered me was that it didn't get very hot in the shower at night and in the morning.

Great location. You can get anywhere quickly with the subway. Thermal baths directly opposite. Very friendly team. The hotel manager is always personally approachable and very accommodating and very nice! Breakfast is very good. Rooms very good. We feel very comfortable and will definitely come back.We would like to thank you for the wonderful hours and wish you much success and all the best for the future.

The room was very nice and very clean, but it was way too noisy towards the train. Apart from tuna pizza there was nothing to eat that day. Very inflexible, it was not possible to only get 4 scrambled eggs in the morning. Too bad! The location to the Martin Schleyer Hall was perfect, it took 30 minutes to walk.

Rooms and hotel are fine. But the service and hospitality are hard to come by. You are completely ignored by counter staff. At half past 11 we wanted to have one drink to end the day. They said we will come and help you shortly. Half an hour later, after they said three times that we are coming to help you, we are told the bar is closed. At 15 min. to walk by later and see that they still serve locals drinks.
