I just moved out of the hotel because some little animals came out of my pillow and crawled on me.There was mold everywhere in the bathroom in the shower and there were spiders and other animals on the walls in the room.Once and never again. Been in the car since 11:30 p.m.Unfortunately you cannot give minus stars.Hopefully I'll get my money back early.Unfortunately I was brushed off by a very arrogant receptionist who spoke very poor German and I had to pay the price of €83 in full.Hotels in the Novum Group are now taboo for me.I'm thinking about getting the health department and the hotel association involved because nothing seems to be changing at this hotel.

Service very reluctant. They didn't give me an invoice for the accommodation. They lied that I had it on my email. I still haven't. Parking approx. 400m from the hotel. Inability to stop in front of the hotel and arrange things. Dirty carpets, very poor breakfast.

We stayed there for one night and felt very comfortable. Nice and cheerful staff. The location is optimal. Parking spaces are available nearby, but all are chargeable. But the fees are very cheap.The rooms are spacious, functional and clean.The breakfast was rich, very nicely presented and, above all, there were excellent rolls.The only thing I would definitely recommend to the hotel is to replace the carpet in the hallway or simply put laminate over it. That's not quite as appealing and a contrast to the very nicely furnished breakfast room and the rooms.We can definitely recommend the hotel.

Located right next to the main train station and a bit old. The floor coverings in the hallways need to be replaced. There were also some minor defects in the room, such as a broken towel rail. The breakfast was completely ok for the price. Overall, price performance matched. It was completely ok for an overnight stay. If you want more, you have to spend more. Rooms facing the train station or main street receive the most noise. We parked in the Sparkasse parking garage about 200 m away. This is ok with small luggage. The city center and the congress center are within walking distance.

Renovated rooms with modern furnishings. Everything you need, including a room safe, is available. The location at the train station is very good. The breakfast is good, with enough choice. Parking is cheap about 200m away in the parking garage at the train station.The hallways, on the other hand, could be renovated and the old carpets removed.

Our room was very large and well equipped, everything seemed relatively new. The bathroom was also great. Air conditioning would be great, especially for the very warm nights.Breakfast had everything you need to start the day strengthened.The location can be rated positively because everything important can be reached on foot from here. However, there is also a catch that you have to be aware of: There is a disco and various bars right next to the hotel, so the noise level was quite high well into the night.From a price/performance perspective, it is a good choice.

Tragedy with bedbugs in beds. The hotel staff doesn't care. Generally, dirt, smell, and neighbors who pour vodka on the balconies at night.

The overnight stay was a disaster, right below our rooms there is a disco and it went on until 3:30 am. The music boomed throughout the building. After 3:30 am there was shouting, people singing and many cars and police.We left the window closed to avoid noise, but the temperature rose to 32 degrees, and no air conditioning, so the mattress stuck to our bodies from the heat.So I didn't sleep all night!!The carpet throughout the hallway was very dirty.The good breakfast couldn't make up for the bad night. So my advice is NEVER go there.

Amateur staff, when i was showering they just came into the room (without permission) to ask for more money. They harassed me and my wife. Loud music all night so you couldnt sleep.The most horrific stay of my life!!

An absolute nightmare, once and never again. Listless reception staff, dirty rooms, dirty bed linen and dirty hallways. Club Halo directly below the hotel loud music until around 4:30 this morning. Not a wink. Well, it's a mystery to me to rate the breakfast as good, there are dirty milk jugs on the tables, and the cutlery isn't exactly appetizing either. Dirty laundry bags in the hallways. All in all, one can only advise against it. Left as quickly as possible this morning.

Brief but quite satisfying. Nice room. Good breakfast. Good value for money. But very noisy outside Saturday evening until 3 a.m.!!! Hot room with only 1 small fan. Impossible to check in before 3 p.m. despite our request. Parking nearby but not at the hotel and therefore paying.
