Unfortunately there was no service at all, my room was untouched every evening, and unfortunately it was also very impersonal as there was an auto check in and out via the terminal. In the morning a silverfish on the mattress woke me up, I have to say overall I wasn't convinced by the whole thing. However, the bathroom is very good.

Small rooms, not cleaned properly. Even after notification, only the dirt was swept under the bed. No air conditioning that works and the window couldn't be opened fully because of the curtain rods. No safe, no fridge…

Perfectly located hotel with free parking, which, however, has to be shared with other shops (e.g. Edeka).It is not far from the hotel to the beautiful old town with the city walls.The reception was a bit unfriendly. We arrived at the hotel a little before 3 p.m., but it wasn't possible to check in yet; in principle, this is only possible from 3 p.m. We can understand, yes, but they didn't even check to see whether the room had already been cleaned and ready for us. No data was recorded by us in advance; we know this differently from other hotels. The ladies behind the reception had nothing to do other than play on their cell phones. Well, what the heck, but friendliness is different!Otherwise the hotel was fine. Room could be a little cleaner, e.g. under the bed.But other hotels are often no better, so we could tell you a lot 🤔Breakfast was OK, selection sufficient.All in all, average hotel, with the acceptable price we booked!

We stayed there for 2 nights and felt comfortable. The staff was very friendly, the location was convenient for reaching the old town on foot and also convenient for transport. Recommended for a short stay, the rooms are too small for a longer stay.

The reception was very friendly. The room was clean at first glance. Unfortunately there were no glasses for water. There were dirty, used glasses in the bathroom that you couldn't and didn't want to use. The shelves were dusty and stained and not cleaned. The trash can in the bathroom was completely dusty and full of toiletries from previous guests, just disgusting. Very unfortunate...The breakfast and the nice staff were positive.

The check in went completely wrong. In the room assigned to me there was no pillow, bed linen or shower towel. After my complaint I was given another room. After I opened the door with the corresponding card, I discovered that the room was already occupied. How can something like this happen? Very embarrassing for the hotel! From here the question arose as to whether this could also happen with my third room. In the third room, a glass for the water bottle provided was missing and the wastebasket was emptied but very dirty. The room is enough for just overnight accommodation, but nothing more. The pricing of the hotel bar is completely excessive and doesn't make you want to linger.The friendly staff and the proximity to the train station and the old town are positive.
