Hotel rooms clean, service friendly, location approx. 200 m from the lake or pier. Reception only via key box, even during the day.Single room attic, mattress read through, bed in a wooden frame so that people over 1.80 m have problems sleeping stretched out. Accompanied by muffled pump noises throughout the night, it makes it difficult to sleep. Because the room has a shower directly opposite the bed, the steam makes the clothes damp, despite the mini-ventilation and the window being open. It's really fun in winter. Breakfast is great for that. The hotel asked about the circumstances, the condition of the mattresses was known and there was a plan to replace them. With the room, just book a double room next time or a higher price category. Well, I expected something different, please move exactly what is important to you.

After our daughter started school, we had dinner at the Inn zum Schiff this evening. We received a very friendly welcome and immediately felt at home. The food was wonderful and the service was top notch. We will definitely come back. Kind regards to the entire team.

We were only there to eat, so this review applies exclusively to the restaurant. The service was good, the service staff were attentive and quick. Drinks and food also came quickly despite the higher capacity.Unfortunately, the food was actually disappointing for the price.I think the salad buffet is good, but in general the selection of cabbage and potato salads was rather weak in terms of taste, the dressings could just about fix that. The fries were very good and crispy! But the gypsy schnitzel with hardly any pepper, instead mixed with corn and pickles. If there aren't enough ingredients left for a dish, it's better to tell the guest that they should choose something else. The sauce wasn't seasoned well either. The schnitzels were almost dry and unfortunately some of the meat was stringy. Definitely not worth €18.90.The cream schnitzel was similar, the cream sauce was just as poorly seasoned as the pepper sauce, and there wasn't exactly a lot of sauce, so you had to be careful so that the spaetzle wasn't too dry. The consistency of the schnitzel was identical, almost dry and unfortunately very stringy. The spaetzle were okay, but due to the lack of sauce, they weren't great either. If you want to eat a home-style schnitzel, I don't recommend the ship. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the fish, but for the price it's not worth the risk of being disappointed again.

Went there spontaneously for dinner with 9 people. The positive thing was that we got a table without a reservation, even though the restaurant was busy. The service was quick and friendly. The dishes with trout and chanterelles were well received, while the cheese pätzle looked good, but the taste was not convincing. There was a lot to choose from at the salad buffet. The leaf lettuce should be sorted out better (many brown spots) and served more often in smaller portions (brown edges). The dressed salads and potato salad were delicious.
