After four stays, I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. The staff is almost exclusively warm, friendly, attentive and courteous in all areas. It's clean and tidy. If you need help with something or are dissatisfied, a solution will be sought immediately. The food leaves nothing to be desired, no matter what diet you follow. Drink prices are fair and comparable in a contemporary manner. The spa area and fitness room are not huge, but completely sufficient. There are so many applications to choose from, there is something for everyone and I have tested myself very well here. The rooms are beautiful and modern, and your own balcony is worth its weight in gold.A 100% recommendation, we/I will come back.

Very nice hotel, quietly located, with a healthy culinary focus. The ZRT concept is very interesting. Cell biological regeneration therapy is carried out in collaboration with Dr. Dickreiter offers and promises help with all diseases of civilization. Alkaline fasting can also be carried out according to Wacker. Spa treatments with Pharmos Natur, professional physiotherapy, brine floating, heat therapy and an exercise concept with yoga complement and combine both concepts.

We went here for the day spa. The price included breakfast, a cocktail and a treatment worth €85. The food was great, a midday snack would have been nice for such a long day. Overall, the wellness area is quite small, but nicely done. Next to the relaxation room is the swimming pool, which makes the relaxation room very noisy due to the poor acoustics. Unfortunately, there are only pool loungers in this relaxation room. It wasn't a relaxing day for me.

Very nice stay with friendly staff. Uncomplicated possibility to book various treatments on site or take part in activities. See good food - with a good selection and the option to order basic courses. Very relaxing stay.

A nice hotel with all-round friendly staff. It is located on a mountain and you have a beautiful view of the surrounding area and the landscape.There are sports and wellness options. The hotel can also be used for hikes.

We stayed here for two nights, we had an option to book an extra night, but after two nights we decided to leave.Upon arrival the check-in was great, a very friendly lady checked us in and pointed out the afternoon snack that we could still use, this was included in our package including breakfast, afternoon snack and three-course dinner.After the snack we went to our suite and here we were quite surprised.The suite is very sparsely furnished, there is no fridge or coffee machine.There was a small carafe of tap water on the table and a plate with two small apples, that was it.What certainly surprised us here is that in a hotel that is just over four years old in an area where it can get quite hot, there is no air conditioning in the rooms.The hotel has put one fam in the room but it made so much noise that you we had to make the choice, not sleep because of the heat or because of the noise of the van.The dinner was a bit limited in choices for us, but fresh and healthy, the staff was friendly but after 19:30 you hardly saw them on the terrace anymore.The breakfast was great, plenty of choice and good quality, only downside here, upon arrival we were assigned a table with the message that this table was reserved for us for our entire stay as with all guests who had this arrangement, unfortunately the second day the table was occupied when we arrived for breakfast.Plus points:Beautiful surroundingsNew hotelFriendly staffFast housekeepingClean roomsSufficient parkingVery good breakfast.Negative points:Dinner a bit too limitedStaff in restaurant could be a bit more active during dinnerNo coffee machine in the room and no fridge to keep your own drinks cool.We paid € 475 per night including two times a bottle of whine at dinner at € 32 each, due to the whole experience for is it was not worth € 475 per night.Despite the very friendly staff we will not return to this hotel.

Room: spacious, well-equipped bathroom, no mini-bar (I was asked €5.90 for an unfortunate bottle of water at the bar, and it was... lukewarm!), uncomfortable pillows, no air conditioning, in this very hot summer period (it's really lacking).Service: not easy to get by without speaking German... Correct service, friendly and helpful staff.Breakfast: very good, plentiful and varied.Restaurant: choice from 2 formulas including one vegetarian, changing every day. We ate there only one evening, it was pretty average.Wellness: excellent! the swimming pool and saunas, very good. No Hammam. We had booked massages, which were very relaxing, and floatings (5 months ago, the reservation), which were refused because they were full!Electric charging station: application independent of the hotel, which I never managed to get working.Overall, I recommend, good value for money.

I stayed in the hotel for 10 days for alkaline fasting.Everything perfect: great hotel with great attention to detail. Very nice and attentive staff. The food is very tasty and always lovingly prepared. The spa area is simply great.I felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.Thank you very much!

The hotel was clean and the room and staff were good and nice and the food was OK, but the hotel was boring. It's not good for a family or for the young people, so promising is like a senior home. Today Wi-Fi and the Internet are a standard in our lives but not in this hotel. Although you stated that WiFi was available everywhere, it was a shame in our room. Every time after I complained, the receptionist told me "I passed it on and it will be fixed tomorrow". But until the end of our existence nothing has changed.

We stayed at the Hotel Pfauen for a weekend. The treatments (feel-good massage, pedicure and floating) were very good and are absolutely recommended! The sun deck was deserted and you could enjoy the view of the Black Forest in peace. Refreshments could be fetched from the teahouse.Both the breakfast buffet and the evening menu leave nothing to be desired. There is something for every type of diet.The staff is very friendly and incredibly attentive. For example, on my birthday I was greeted with a card at the breakfast table and champagne (we had not announced this beforehand!).We'll definitely be back, but probably in spring or autumn. Unfortunately the rooms do not have air conditioning. It was quite warm that night.

Everything is perfect, every detail and service are at the highest level.Great welcome from Raphaël, very well-kept rooms, praise to José in the restaurant service, very tasty and upscale evening menu, small but nice wellness, great sun deck with an enchanting view.We would love to come back.Kudos to the great and very friendly team.

Quiet hotel, perfect welcome, all the staff are very pleasant to listen to. Little touches for our wedding anniversary. The excellent restaurant, semi-gastronomic, nice product pairings, magnificent presentation. The saunas are sufficient lacking a hot tub, the view in the panoramic sauna is very soothing. Our room did not have air conditioning, but in May it was cool at night so just open the window. The bedding was almost perfect, the pillows were of poor quality, but the mattress and duvet were OK. In the room everything was made available, both in terms of products, towels, bathrobe, spa bag. Very complete breakfast, choice and quality. We recommend
