We only stayed because of a last minute trip to Legoland. The rooms had an odd smell but appeared to be clean. The hotel was quiet and the back of the hotel had a beautiful sunrise.

Optimal! We returned for the second time as a support for Legoland. Perfect location for this purpose, spotlessly clean and large rooms (we were 2 adults and 2 children) and excellent breakfast.

I cannot evaluate the rooms, service and location but only the relationships with the customer: due to a serious health problem I tried to contact the property to cancel the stay but they did not answer the phone or even the emails. On the other hand, I received a whole series of automatic emails on how to check in, check out and finally I was asked to evaluate my stay at their hotel... evidently they didn't even notice my absence . Maybe putting a human to supervise bookings instead of software could help. Last note... if a foreign customer communicates in English, receiving all automatic communications in German does not help.

We booked this hotel together with our Legoland tickets.There was our own bed in the room for each of the 4 of us.What speaks less for proper cleaning is the strange swimming trunks found next to one of the beds.In the evening we decided on a pizza delivery service because there was only one restaurant in the hotel next door.The breakfast was sufficient and tasty. For the little ones there was also a small play area and a small playground outside.What we only found out when we arrived was that the parking lot costs €5 per night. Paying this is almost a must as there is no other parking option.

Rooms were OK, practical, bathroom needed a bit of renovation.But the service was terrible. Check-in from 3:00 p.m., we arrive at 5:00 p.m. and our room is not ready yet. It can happen, BUT not even a sorry or anything, let alone that we were offered a coffee or something. First wait until the room is ready.In front of the room, the trolley with the old laundry was in the hallway all the time, and they just didn't take it away. Not even the following day. When we reported this to reception, the lady had no interest in hearing it and said "I'm just doing my job". When I told her that receiving complaints was part of her job, she rolled her eyes in annoyance. When I asked her whether the complaint should come as a review on Google/Booking, she didn't care!I'm sorry for the cleaning staff, who really made the room relatively clean, but the reception staff were simply unfriendly, incompetent and arrogant! A no go for me!

Room OK, but difficult to set up with air conditioning and without it it got scorching hot towards the morning. Windows can be opened but only if there is a lot of noise from the street. There was a constant smell of sewage in our bathroom, possibly from the ventilation that blows in when the light is on. Very good breakfast. Dinner in the inn next door, there was always room without a reservation. Staff at the hotel are young, friendly and attentive. Uncomplicated check-in and out. It has a good playground.

After the Airbnb in Günzburg “screwed us” and wouldn’t let us into the confirmed apartment despite paying in advance, the Eurohotel was a huge help to us. Very good and very clean. The staff is friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent! We definitely recommend it!

Very very bad service!!!!!!We had booked a room and were unable to arrive due to the severe flooding. We reported this to the hotel the day before and wanted to rebook for another day or find some solution together. On the phone they said that only the boss can decide and will call you the next day. We hadn't received a call by 4 p.m. and couldn't get through by phone, so we wrote another email. The answer (not from the boss) that it would no longer be possible to cancel. (Which we never wanted) We then replied again that it was a matter of force majeure and that we just wanted to rebook and that the boss would be happy to call us to find a solution. Because he was apparently too cowardly and couldn't read, he wrote to us BY E-MAIL that cancellation was not possible. OMG how unprofessional does a hotel want to be? We NEVER wanted to cancel, but since they seem to want to avoid any conversation, I would advise against booking anything there. If problems arise, they try to pass everything on to the guest and there is no communication.
