Unfortunately a bit run down... otherwise Dormero Style... I like to go to this hotel chain...but there are big differences between the individual locations... The best thing here is the central location in Bretten...2 minutes to to the city center/pedestrian zone

Interesting room. Unfortunately the cloth rod is defective once again. Does Germany have no skilled craftsmen?It's bad that there was no indication where the parking garage machine is.

We (5 women) had booked 2 nights in June. As soon as we arrived there was a complete mess with the rooms and the activation of the key card. The boss of the house tried to cover up the chaos with old man's jokes, which he did very poorly.Unfortunately, things went very badly with the billing. Excessive amounts were debited. The gentleman in charge was totally incompetent, helpless and desperate. He begged us to accept the charge on the credit card and to call next week to clarify it. After a long discussion we agreed to this. I called several times and asked for the overpaid money to be transferred back.I also had a lot with the corporate headquarters!!! a lot of email traffic. I was asked to pay for the overnight stay. I received no information, response or other reaction to my answer, not once. I'm still waiting for my overpaid money.I am very disappointed.I strongly advise against booking this hotel and cannot recommend it at all.

Difficult check-in. After I rang the bell, the receptionist told me to go to the "2nd floor". However, she didn't say that there are two elevators in the stairwell, each leading to different parts of the building. I promptly took the wrong elevator because the other (real) one wasn't immediately visible from the entrance. I spent several minutes wandering around in the wrong part of the building with heavy luggage looking for the reception because it wasn't entirely clear to me whether the "2nd floor" meant the 1st or 2nd floor. Maybe you can sensitize the staff a bit, especially with new guests who don't yet know their way around, on how to explain the way to the guests...Unfortunately, the rooms were also rather mediocre. The bed linen is far too warm in summer temperatures and is more suitable for winter. There is no air conditioning. The minibar fridge makes a hell of a noise, you have to pull it out and unplug it if you want it to be quiet. It also really heats up the room. I didn't have breakfast, it was way too expensive for me. You can now buy something from any bakery for significantly less money.

Fantastic! The Dormero Hotel impresses with its stylish furnishings. The bed was super comfortable and the free minibar was a great extra. The breakfast buffet offers a huge selection. The service is outstanding, the staff friendly and helpful. Highly Recommended! Kind regards to Ms. Ünver :-)

We checked in there for a wedding. Room was clean but very small. We didn't have breakfast there because breakfast would have cost €18.99 per person?! That's a bit too expensive per person for breakfast. We prefer to go to the bakery around the corner in the morning.

The hotel is in need of renovation. The rooms and the bathroom look very run down. The staff is friendly but overwhelmed. The breakfast is manageable with cheap baked rolls. The tables are not cleared at breakfast so you have to see where there is a clean table.

We were passing through there by bike. Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms modern and bright. Generous free drinks in the minibar. 3 minutes from the center. We didn't book breakfast.

We have been guests at this hotel for four years. A lot went wrong with our stay this year. When we arrived at 5 p.m. our room was assigned to someone else. But others after us got their rooms. The replacement hotel was 26 km away and, to say the least, very poor and in a very remote, dark industrial area. I had to pay the extra price for the hotel myself. Actually inexcusable . Mr. Emanuel Roessler and his team were able to absorb some of our frustration with their manner. But the excitement and blood pressure were already very high. The last few years had been OK but unfortunately this time we were very disappointed. Unfortunately, Dormero's hotline wasn't particularly interesting or helpful, especially in a situation where you need help. Despite all the love, it's not possible.

A clear recommendation for a weekend in Bretten, very centrally located and therefore easily accessible on foot. Many restaurants within walking distance. The condition of the room left something to be desired. The lighting control came out of the wall and was almost impossible to use. The only chair in the room had a wobbly back and the minibar was more of a heater than a fridge. There was a large television. The breakfast was very good, with enough choice for both of us. So if you don't want to spend much time in your room anyway, you're definitely in good hands here.

The hotel is very well located, but you have to look for the entrance.The room is very nice at first glance, but at second glance it's a bit run down.Air conditioning would be great in summer, especially if you are there during a city festival and can't open the window (because of the noise).
