We were particularly impressed by the employees: everyone was very friendly and service-oriented! Breakfast was always topped up so that everything was available later.It's also very pleasant that three people can stay in one room and as a family you don't have to book another room.We'll definitely be back!

Perfect accommodation option for a stay in Europapark in Rust. Very friendly staff, the rooms and the hotel in general are clean and well maintained. The breakfast is varied and tasty, but nothing special. What was very positive for me was the note in the bathroom that you can get all kinds of hygiene products at reception if you need them.

Good hotel to stay overnight if you want to go to Europa Park. Just a few minutes drive from Park/Rulantica. Rooms are clean and practical. There is a kettle and tea/instant coffee for the first coffee in the room. Breakfast was also very good. Selection sufficient. Coffee/lattes etc. from a fully automatic machine. The parking lot is large and has a barrier. There is a gas station with a charging station for electric cars nearby.

We (2 adults, 2 children and our dog) stayed at the hotel for 2 nights at the weekend! We were very satisfied!! The room was extremely clean and had enough space! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also sufficient (everything was always replenished).The only thing to note is that as a guest you have to pay €8 for the hotel parking space. But we parked outside on the street (there was always a free parking space) and you were allowed to drive in to check in and out...so that wasn't an issue!

Our rooms were entered without our consent.We took extra new towels and toilet paper upstairs with us.We specifically mentioned that we do not want room cleaning.In the evening we came into the room and lo and behold, the room was made up including everything.Why can’t employees follow clear instructions?

Great express motel on the highway near Europapark and Rulantica. Rooms not particularly large, but very comfortable beds. Breakfast is included and is also adequately replenished.

Bad experienceIn the first bedroom we found 4 bedbugs (not bedbugs).We asked for a second room: another bug.Confidence falls but we still ask for another room.As soon as we open the door, we see another bug.We decide to leave the establishment.And the bonus: the gentleman on duty didn’t want to reimburse anything because “that’s how it is”I tell him that we were kind to ask for other rooms before making this decisionFor him, we changed rooms twice, he can't do anything if we're not satisfied and the hotel is clean (🤣).Straight in the eye I told him no. He persisted, nodding yes.We changed hotels, it was 11:40 p.m.…If we look further, there is a concern of unsanitary conditions (sheets with holes in them with brown around the hole)Not commercial, not understanding, in denial.For a first in Germany I am disappointedAvoid this hotel!

Went there for our stay in Europa Park, the location is great and right next to the park's motorway entrance. The room was clean and 100% consistent with the pictures on the website. We were also very satisfied with the service and would like to come back here next year.

I was really looking forward to my stay at this hotel chain, but was completely disappointed. My check-in at 9:00 p.m. was already problematic. Despite my previous booking and payment via Booking with Apple Pay, I was told at reception that I would have to pay for my room again as the staff seemed unfamiliar with Apple Pay. Only after multiple explanations and showing the booking confirmation was I finally treated properly.When I finally got to my room, another disappointment awaited me: the bathroom wasn't clean. There were unidentifiable stains in the wet room and numerous black hairs. To make matters worse, the cups in the room were stained and unhygienic.The noise level outside the hotel was unbearable. Although I specifically chose a hotel in a quiet location, I heard loud conversations from other guests until 3:00 a.m. After I complained to reception, things got better for a short time, but I still couldn't sleep in peace. The next morning I was woken up by cigarette smoke that wafted straight into my room as I was on the first floor.Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay and would not book this hotel again. Unfortunately I cannot recommend it.

I had an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The hotel was clean, modern, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities you could need for a short stay. Breakfast was included and had a great selection, which was a nice bonus.There are multiple shops near about 8 min away from the hotel by car.One thing to note is that the hotel offers secure parking for 8€/night, which is convenient, but you also have the option to park outside for free, just a short walk from the hotel. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

You really can't go wrong here. We stayed here in a clean and modern hotel for a great price. The staff was always friendly, the breakfast was great and in the evening you could get drinks at the bar for a good price. Check-in is possible at any time, which was very convenient for us as we had previously been to Europa-Park.
