We paid €120 for the room, which I find shocking. For €120 there was no breakfast included as the kitchen is closed on Tuesdays. Despite everything, you would have had to pay for breakfast. The room was a nice size, the shower was nice too, and hot water came out. Which isn't common everywhere either. There wasn't even any water in the room, as a small gift or something. At reception you first had to clarify everything with the receptionist over the phone, then someone came to hand over the keys and collect the money. She spoke German very poorly, but tried so hard. Thanks to the nice lady at this point. There was a garage for bicycles, which I think is great. The directions were very confusing, so we had to search first, but with some difficulty we finally found them.I'm more disappointed as I'm used to it for €120 more. But here you only get the room, which would have been enough for €50. It was an emergency solution for us, for which I am grateful. But we won't see the hotel again because I find it outrageously overpriced.

Extremely expensive for what it offers. I would not go ever again. There is no physical person in the reception. I paid so much, and there was no even coffee capsule

Location: The Hotel La Fleur is very centrally located in Überlingen, which makes it ideal for exploring the city. Many sights and the ferry port are nearby, so you can often leave the car behind.Parking: Parking in the city is a bit inconvenient as the hotel does not have its own parking spaces. However, the hotel offers a discount card for one of the three parking garages in the city, which is helpful.Staff: The staff is extremely friendly, well organized and very accommodating. The service in the hotel was first class and you felt well looked after throughout.Breakfast: Breakfast was delicious and inexpensive, a nice start to the day.Rooms: The rooms are nice and well equipped. However, it can get a bit warm under the roof in summer as there is no air conditioning.Security: You felt very safe in the hotel throughout your entire stay.Cleaning: The cleaners do an excellent job, the rooms were always clean and tidy.Overall, great value for money, especially considering the central location and excellent service.

Good location but really bad service. Nobody can be reached after 3 p.m. Not even on the emergency number. Bed in miserable condition. An extra bed was promised but simply not brought.I have never experienced something like that.

The hotel is centrally located and generally nice. However, right next to restaurants, it is noisy all night long. Since our room (3 people) didn't have air conditioning, we had to leave the windows open. Sleep was out of the question, all 3 nights. The sofa bed is suitable for a child (13 years old), but is not suitable for adults. Breakfast is NOT included in the price. The service poor. You are not perceived as a guest in the restaurant. Long waiting times. Breakfast, however, was delicious and beautifully prepared. The reception is largely unstaffed, self check-in. Price-performance ratio is nowhere near right! We are very disappointed with the hotel and its management and will definitely not come back!

Had lunch in the restaurant. Unfortunately the pizza couldn't be made without tomato sauce, but the waitress only found out when the wrong pizza (with tomato sauce) was on the table. With a vegan oat burger, only the patty is most likely vegan, the brioche bun is probably not.Unfortunately, that was an absolute failure.

Bed was good, but for a 4 star hotel the leather on the bed was broken, since we arrived late checking in wasn't that easy, we needed a code for the keys and it took some time until we got them, then when we got to the hotel the code didn't work Then we had to call again, but someone came pretty quickly and gave us the keys, otherwise okay, the location was great.
