The hotel is really great. Our room was great, everything you need. A kettle for coffee and tea is available. The bathroom has a large shower where there is also shower gel and shampoo in the dispenser. The breakfast is amazing, so much choice is really great and they always add more. The fitness room is very small and the dumbbell weights only go up to 10 kg, but everything is there for endurance training: 1 treadmill, 1 cross trainer and 2 bicycles. We had our car in the underground car park. We're happy to pay the money for it. There it is for sure.

Nice large rooms, large shower, clean, underground parking (for a fee), breakfast for an additional charge, very central!, 5 minutes walk to the old town / main street in the old town! We were two adults and 1 child (8 years old), free WiFi, safe in the room, small. Fridge in the room

A somewhat outdated hotel. The folding sofa in the triple room was a bit rickety and should be replaced. The service is top and so is the location. However, a sign should be placed in the parking garage indicating that oncoming traffic must be expected when entering and exiting.

Rooms are ok. Modern but not everything super clean. For the price, I have often experienced cleaner and tidier hotel rooms.Shower wall too short so half of the bathroom is under water almost after showering.The location of the hotel is great if you want to explore the city of Heidelberg. The pedestrian zone begins 1 minute awayLobby and hotel generally modern and stylistically appealingFitness room: it's really just a small room with 2-3 fitness machines (cardio) and a few dumbbellsStaircase:It smells strange downstairs, maybe from toilets? A fragrance dispenser would simply be more pleasant if it were appropriate.Underground car park: only usable for small and medium-sized cars, very narrow, difficult to turn, you have to know exactly the dimensions of the vehicle

Very good hotel and well located not far from the city center but the only thing I regret it took us half a day instead of a whole day we got the room at 2:30 p.m. and the next day we had to leave the room around (11 a.m. ) it would have been good to have the same schedule to arrive at 2:30 p.m. and the next day at 2:30 p.m.This would have given us time to go visit the castle and avoid having to keep our bags with us.Otherwise perfect servicePerfect breakfast really very goodA treat 🥰Very good value for money for me.Just the bed had hand marks above it on the cook, otherwise everything else was great, very friendly staff.We will come back but for several days this time.

We booked 5 rooms for 3 nights, some with breakfast.The location was initially positive: the location was super central and so we were flexible.Unfortunately, check-in took over an hour (just too long with a child and a pregnant woman). Then rooms were booked twice and the key cards didn't work. Breakfast was booked on incorrect invoices and money was also incorrectly requested for the rooms, even though they had already been paid for. The same thing again at check out. The key cards didn't work several times during the visit, which simply made work for us. The rooms are modern, but unfortunately not very clean. It's a shame, because the hotel actually has potential and is perfect for exploring Heidelberg.

Used for 2 nights. If you wish to have your room cleaned and towels changed, you must leave a tag on the door by 6am the next morning. Since I was not informed at check-in, there was a delay in issuing the bill and the cleaning was not done. They changed towels when I asked for them. Water service is only available on the first day.

I booked 2 nights there with breakfast with my wife.The location of the hotel is great for exploring Heidelberg on foot.In close proximity to the pedestrian zoneThere are great (small) shops with decorative items or delicious cuisineWhat should be said about the Plaza is that the rooms have good box spring beds and the bathroom has a large walk-in shower.The breakfast is greatOmlette station, scrambled eggs, ham, yogurt, various rolls and types of bread. The fully automatic coffee machines offer everything a coffee lover appreciates.The underground car park has a special feature. To get to the 2nd basement you have to drive your car into an elevator.It was fun to use the vehicle air.One detail bothered my wife a bit. There are motion detectors on each side of the bed. My wife thinks that the sensors turn on the lights too quicklyMy/our conclusion.Good 4 star hotel with friendly staffVery good locationWe will be happy to come back on our next stay in Heidelbergacome in

Great hotel in a central location in Heidelberg.It is only a stone's throw to the Neckar or the pedestrian zone.Our room was modern and tastefully decorated.A small defect was rectified quickly and easily by the staff (great).We would come back at any time.P. S. It's just 20 minutes by car to the Hockenheim Ring or the Technik Museum!
