Been there for the second time this year for three nights each. Already booked a total of 4 times for visits to Europa Park. Absolutely no problem and uncomplicated if you arrive outside the normal reception hours.

Everything tip top.We (2 adults & 2 children) have been coming regularly for about 4 years and have never been disappointed. Great accommodation, great morning buffet, great parking and great restaurants nearby. EP is 5 minutes away.Best regardsFamily Kudelić

Nice modern hotel. Good service. Good breakfast. Like many hotels in the region, the hotel is designed for the Europa Park in neighboring Rust.

I stayed at this hotel on a business trip and unfortunately was very disappointed. There was a misunderstanding regarding the bed tax upon arrival which we wanted to clarify the next day. However, when we got to the hotel in the evening, I was shouted at and insulted for no reason by a member of staff who was called down. When I offered to continue the conversation in a normal tone so that we could understand each other better, he replied: "I don't care at all whether we understand each other or not."The situation spiraled out of control and the hotel manager eventually had to come in to clarify what had happened. After we explained everything to her, she showed great compassion. Still, no one apologized to us. Such behavior towards guests is absolutely unacceptable.Because of this, I will not visit this hotel again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

13.04.2024 we stayed in this hotel one night and I left my daughter’s white jacket in the hotel. We tried long time to call the hotel and finally the hotel answered they found the jacket. Next day my parents in law drove to the hotel to pick the jacket up but the front desk lady said they don’t have it anymore with very unfriendly attitude… we called there again they just answered very easily that they couldn’t find it anymore…. I regret one thousand times that I have booked this hotel and this is the least professional and worst hotel I ever stayed. Please give back my daughter‘s jacket to us.Qu and Frank Schönhoff

Top hotel! Nothing to say about cleanliness,The bedding is superb!we slept very well. Tea and coffee (kettle, etc.) available in the corridors.The staff is friendly and pleasant.I recommend! Practical for visitors to Europa-Park which is 8m from the hotel.The only negative point is that the parking lot is very small but you can always find a space in the adjacent street.

One night before going to Europa Park, very nice little hotel. Smiling welcome, very clean room, good lottery and very quiet, very good buffet breakfast and barely 7 minutes from the park, 120€ for two adults with breakfast included is more than sufficient compared to the overpriced hotels in Europa Park

Very clean rooms. Very pleasant staff. On the other hand, disappointed by the breakfasts advertised as excellent. The pastries are not the best and the bread is not very crispy. It is also difficult to park in the hotel car park because it is too small.

A beautiful hotel, a little noisy, we heard doors all night, the beds are hard and the rooms are very hot in the summer.. for 12 euros the lunch is not great

Spent two days in this hotel, nice hotel.There was a small problem upon arrival, but it was resolved immediately, service is good!Rooms were clean. The windows had shutters which was also nice. The large fan in the room was also nice since there was no air conditioning!Very close to Europapark, otherwise we found that there was little to do in the area.
