I have appreciated the quality of B&B hotels for many years. The rooms are well equipped and the locations can only be distinguished from each other by the wall design.The house in Karlsruhe is conveniently located right next to the main train station, but there is still plenty of parking space. The reception is friendly and efficient. The open clothes box offers storage space for short stays, and the compact bathroom has enough storage space. The WiFi is stable. The location directly at the train station is excellent. Noises from the surrounding streets, train tracks, etc. are not noticeable in the hotel room itself, so everything is great.I still have to deduct two stars because - at least in our rooms on the ground floor - there is no door between the entrance hall and the rooms. As a result, you were regularly woken up at night when other guests, who didn't really care for each other, entered the hotel talking loudly.The room itself has everything you need. Not too big, not too small. The air conditioning is a definite plus.

My husband and I were in this hotel just for 1 night . We were first very glad that round 23:00 could we find a hotel near highway and without personnel we could inchecken . Upon reaching the third floor with the elevator in the corridors there was a very bad smell. When we entered our room there was a very bad smell from the room. It was cold but we had to open window to get fresh air but it didn’t work. The bad smell was very strong. Unfortunately, the carpet of the room was full of garbage and hair and dust. Towels, toilet and bathrooms were highly polluted and dirty. I couldn’t use the towels .There were many hair and spots on the bedding like mildew . After sleeping in bed, my skin found itchy . There was a lot of dust on the curtains, lights, hairdryer, carpet . I have never seen a room and wc so dirty like this one in my life. I thought in Germany There is a lot of control over the performance and cleanliness of the hotels, but unfortunately it doesn't seem to be the case. I used before B&B hotels in Italy and another countries, They were very clean and I gave 5 stars to them for this reason I chose this hotel in Germany too but B&B in Karlsruhe was the worst .

While traveling as a family (four), the B&B in Karlsruhe was perfect. Clean, easy check-in and out. Daily cleaning service and fresh towels when asked. Easy access to train station and autobahn. Very quite. Great option.

2 minutes to the train station, free parking during your stay, breakfast was very limited, little choice, impression that employees were slightly annoyed if you asked something. All in all very satisfied.

I'm just a big fan of B&B Hotel.Always clean and well-kept rooms!Employees are always very friendly and lovely.Also helpful with questions.So whether I was currently in Karlsruhe or where I was already in a B&B hotel.I think there should be a B&B in every city!

Everything was to our satisfaction (when we finally had our room code).As announced, the reception was not staffed, so checking in via the machine was recommended.The device next to the reception wasn't working, but you only noticed this after almost all of the data had been entered: the screen froze and no longer responded. First the error was blamed on the operator (the error is usually in FRONT of the keyboard) and a second attempt was made. Again at the end of data entry the same misery! Luckily there was another machine in the entrance area, where the third attempt was finally successful. When the reception was occupied in the evening and we reported the defective machine to the receptionist, we received the answer that the error was known. Why isn't the defective device switched off or at least marked with a "DEFECTIVE" note? Other than this unnecessary annoyance, the hotel was really good for the price asked!

I felt very comfortable. The room was very clean, the hotel as a whole was clean and attractively designed. I had my dog with me and I was very happy that this wasn't a problem. The breakfast was excellent - a really big selection, lots of organic food, the fruit salad was fresh, a really good start to the day.

Had to spend a night in this hotel. I don't really have anything to complain about besides the cigarette smell in the bathroom, despite the hotel having non-smoking rooms. Another issue I've dealt with was the remote control to the TV wasn't working in the room 224. Other than this I'm pleased with the hotel. It is clean, affordable, breakfast is nice, the hotel is also very close to the train station, the staff is friendly and everyone speaks English. Would recommend!

Responds very quickly. The prices are affordable and fair. Good service and makes an offer first and you don't have to book straight away. Unfortunately, with some competitors in Karlsruhe you are automatically booked in.
