Decent hotel considering the price and close to the city center. Be careful with paying parking 2 euros/hour (4 hours maximum) but free on Sundays. Rooms facing the street are noisy because they are poorly soundproofed, so prefer a room facing the back. Poor breakfast but does the job.

Unfortunately I can only advise against this hotel. Room located on -1, accessed via a corridor smelling of mold, damaged paint and traces of humidity announce the color.In the room, spartan furniture, bathroom door that doesn't close, huge trace of mold on one wall, and tiny bed (smaller than the headboard, why then?).Not too bad located, and acceptable breakfast, which saves the rating, but clearly not worthy of a 3 star.

It is the worst hotel I have ever been to. They gave us a tremendously dirty room and smaller than a standard one should have been (just as they appear in their photos)It was very hot and the window was tiny. Very noisy and the morning receptionist, extremely unpleasant. Avoid this place

All in all a small hotel located 15 minutes away from the city center. The rooms can be reached via an elevator. They have everything you need for a short trip. Even had a balcony. Breakfast was rather subtle. Little choice. Hunger was satisfied for the first time. Particularly noteworthy is the disabled-accessible design of this hotel. Wider doors + special elevator for wheelchair users available. Paid parking spaces are available all over the street.

The room was OK. The main problem is the shower, since there is no door/curtain the water falls and everything ends up wet. Another issue is the lack of places where to charge stuff. There is like... 2 plugs in all the room, one in the bathroom and the other on the ground. Since there is no AC, we ordered a fan, which was plugged.on the ground. Since we plugged the fan, we couldnt boil water, as ONE phone was being charged in the bathroom. Is not that bad but we were 3 people so it was kinda unconvenient. Beds kinda mid.Outside of that, everything was amazing. The staff was so, so kind and cordial. They spoke multiple languages and are so willing to help you that it was unbeliavable. They explained us how to charge the bus tickets, order food, etc, also gave us directions. Probably the nicest staff we've encountered on a hotel. The breakfast was good too. The location is okay too, like 10 mins away from center and very close to bridges. A very quiet and chill zone.

So in itself a pretty good location not far from République or Contades Tram (but in Strasbourg everything is within walking distance). Clean and nice staff. Breakfast is also enough. The room was definitely around 26° at night (it felt like), as we were also unlucky with 33° during the day. Unfortunately, it looks like temperatures like this will be more common, so maybe a real air conditioning system or other solution. Terrace from the room is nice with a lot of potential, needs more care and time.

If you suffer from heat be careful, the hotel does not have air conditioning in a sunny and hot summer, the room becomes an oven...just a small fan which does not do the trick.For the rest very good in relation to quality/price.
