We stayed at the Hotel Hellers Twenty Four II in Friedrichshafen because we got tired on the drive home. The 24-hour check-in was very convenient and allowed us to easily book a room at night and check in quickly. The room was clean, modernly furnished and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast consisted of a small “buffet” of croissants and coffee, which was fine for us, but rather basic. Overall, we were satisfied - the hotel offered exactly what we needed for a spontaneous booking.

We were looking for accommodation during the trade fair in Friedrichshafen and, given the increased prices during the trade fair, we decided on the Hellers. At €330 per night including breakfast, it was the cheapest offer available to us.Unfortunately, the price bears no relation to what is on offer here. The hotel looks very old. The rooms have been refreshed with some gold wallpaper, but that doesn't disguise their dated condition. We found burn marks on both the bed cover and the upholstered furniture. The windows close poorly and cannot be darkened. In addition, the closet doors were difficult to open and the carpet seemed to come from the 80s. The list of defects could go on and on.Under these circumstances, I would never book this hotel again, either privately or for business - and if I did, then a maximum price of €50 per night would be appropriate. For the standard offered, I would give the hotel a maximum of one star, if at all.

We thought two nights for €176 was fine. The room was very large, the bed was comfortable and it was very quiet from the outside. Coffee was very tasty. Late in the evening the parking spaces were quite crowded with vans and trucks, sometimes two parking spaces for one vehicle. On the whole we were satisfied.

Excursion for larger groups. Some of the rooms were unclean and some of the technical equipment was defective.The dinner and breakfast were not good. Both evenings there was the same food, which was also of poorer quality.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with a larger group. Unfortunately I cannot make a recommendation for this!Rooms: every room is different - from wooden furniture to white furniture to silver painted bathroom tiles. Unfortunately not to feel good. It is getting old and a basic renovation is necessary.There is a Greek restaurant adjacent to the hotel that served us. The service can definitely be improved. The breakfast was very minimalistic and unappealing. Even the dinner, which we couldn't order alla carte, was identical on both evenings and quality grade 5!Conclusion: not recommended as a group trip

Overall a good hotel with a special flair! The unusual decorations give the hotel a special atmosphere that I really liked. Particularly noteworthy are the free parking spaces – a real plus point. There's free coffee and croissants in the morning, which is great if you want to skip breakfast.A small point of criticism is the cleanliness. There was an unpleasant smell, especially in the hallway, and the hotel could do something better here. Otherwise my stay was very pleasant!

You can't have a leisurely breakfast there. With breakfast machine! We went into town for breakfast. Carpet with stains everywhere! The renovation is necessary! Price ratio is not appropriate. Too expensive!

Well located for us. Clean, spacious room with a balcony. Very quiet! Comfortable beds. Separate shower and toilet. Both rooms were a bit old-fashioned and the shower head could be descaled or replaced. The staff were very friendly. We would definitely book again.

The rooms are very noisy and the floor squeaks. The decor is very “retro” and seems to be from the 70s. In general, the whole hotel seems to have stood still. Bad WiFi, small bathroom with mini shower (but warm water at all times). The rooms were very overheated, there was no air conditioning and only a small fan upon request and request. No breakfast - only from the ATM for (relatively a lot of) cash. Coffee is free - and tastes good.

Hello, unfortunately this hotel does not correspond to the pictures that are shown in advance.Far too expensive for the room that wasn't clean, there was rubbish from the previous person, the bed was no longer in order and much more.

Uncomplicated check-in and check-out. Location is good. The room itself was okay, for 155 euros a night I DEFINITELY expected more. The door to the room had a considerable gap at the bottom, meaning I heard every step, every word, every rustle in front of the door and of course that woke me up right at 7, which is very annoying. Relaxation + privacy = zero. In addition, the roof kept cracking, making it impossible to relax here either. You couldn't keep windows closed because it just got too hot and leaving windows open meant you could hear the restaurant below and the terrible roof.It has the basics, it's okay, but the value for money isn't right here.

Pictures do not correspond at all to what you will find. My son even found things in one of the beds that the guest had left in front of it, the heaters were heating up non-stop and you couldn't turn them off, it was incredibly hot in the toilet and in one of the rooms. The toilet flush was incredibly loud and the water ran for hours. The sink was broken and you had to wash your hands somewhere else. Check-in was from 3 p.m. with no limit, when we arrived there was no one there and without an employee from the restaurant (who has nothing to do with the hotel) we would never have found our room (there simply wasn't a number and we had to move completely around We had to walk around the hotel to get to the so-called holiday apartment. It wasn't known in advance that there was a kitchen. It wasn't clean and in general the whole hotel was run down and worn out and the pictures made you think that you had booked something more luxurious But that's absolutely not the case. The booking said Wi-Fi usage, but we didn't get a password. We were really looking forward to the hotel and were just disappointed.

We had an 8-day stay. When we arrived, the electronic registration (in front of the door) didn't work. But we called the hotline and a lady came by promptly. She had assigned us the room.Very nice room, very comfortable bed, dirty carpet, separate toilet and shower with ventilation. WiFi with weak connection. If you want to use your Fire TV Stick, you can have this home balcony with a view of the street.Daily room cleaning (respect!).The TV in the room could be larger and with more channels to choose from.The hotel has been partially renovated (formerly Gaststätte zur Taube/lounge area/early starter/toilet on the ground floor).It's too rustic for my taste!It was annoying to walk through the restaurant to get a coffee.Breakfast was served between 7 and 10 in the morning, i.e. coffee, croissants or rolls.Butter, etc. was available from the machine for small change (3.40 euros).The ground floor area often smelled because the smoking area was opposite the reception (unnecessary).We weren't in the basement area.There was a bus stop in front of the hotel, or on foot in 4 km you would be at the promenade in FN.The parking lot could use more care (cigarette butts, a pair of gray pants lying around, full trash cans in the gravel area)However, value for money is bomb.Very well visited hotel!Solid 4 stars from me :-)
