Unfortunately the room was not cleaned when it was handed over.Used towels were on the floor, the bed was not made and freshly made.Toilet wasn't cleaned. Absolutely not okay.

20 rooms booked. 1 room was not cleaned at all. Toilet totally dirty and old bed linen not made either. A room could not be opened even after the emergency call on the hotline, there was no replacement room, i.e. 8 hours by car (my private time) on top. Sorry, so I can only agree with everyone else who has had the same experience, even though there will probably be 5 stars again three times. My review is definitely real...

No heating when the outside temperature was 8 degrees, measured at 10 p.m.3 phone calls and a few more emails, no solution and no one can be reached who can change the situation. The problem has been known for about 24 hours. Enough time to react.Now there is only one solution. See image.I cannot recommend the hotel and the service to anyone. Especially when you look at the other exact same reviews. Simply nothing happens. Sad service and sad condition.

Everything is clean and well maintained 👍you book the rooms online and pay for example. B. by credit card. You can check in from 4:00 p.m. and you will receive the room number by email. After providing your personal data (as a registration form), you will receive a link via SMS and email. There you can click on a link and the room door opens. Everything well described. Plenty of free parking directly in front of the hotel.Clean rooms with a small kitchenette and fridge👍everything you need. Good price

Located in an industrial estate, you cannot walk anywhere. All very new and with a nice design.The door key is a button on a mobile link.There is no reception, only a customer service telephone number and an emergency telephone number until 10 p.m. You can put up with any problem after that hour, although I had a problem that it was very hot (it didn't happen in the other room we took) and the solution was to open the windows (in a polygon on one side and a meadow on the other with all types of fauna).

It is what it is and offers what it has to offer, a clean, comfortable, quiet and cheap room to make a stop along the way, checking in can be somewhat tedious but it is a good option.

Don't even think about booking here. We arrive, there is no reception. Most of the people could not enter their rooms and thanks to a German family who had been there for several days and used the master key that opens all the rooms. Check in is online and my problem was that they did not give me the number of the two rooms I had reserved. So we had to figure out which ones were empty so we could enter one and sleep the four of us in one room. The rooms are modern but we had a really bad time

It's a lottery whether you actually get into the room you booked. And after 10 p.m. you can't even reach the emergency number.

The last - out of ten attempts, the opening mechanism worked once. Now you're sitting in a room in the industrial area and don't dare go out because it's very questionable whether you'll be able to get back into the room. An hour on hold and then someone answers and puts you off. There is only one master key in the safe and they only give out the code if you have to go straight in. So same problem, you don't know if you can get back into the room. Definitely never again!!!

Everything great! Lovely again!Door opened smoothly.Communication was nice and uncomplicated.In the morning I decided to stay another night - I asked via email to give me information on how I should behave in order to be able to stay in the room.Less than 10 minutes later I received a reply email with the booking option, which I conveniently paid for online and was able to sleep in!This is how customer service should be!Thank you!

Staff and emergency number almost impossible to reach,I stayed for one night because the door was broken so entry was not possible after hours of waiting and calling. I couldn't reach anyone until the evening when one of the staff called me and gave me a new room. Please think twice before coming here what booked, the room itself was clean and nice but if you read the comments at reception you will notice that I am not the first one who had to wait in front of the door.

They stole the money from my card. Unable to open the door. I had to rent another room so I wouldn't sleep outside. Impossible to reach them during opening hours. They say over the phone that they are doing what is necessary but nothing happens. I'm not the first to get stuck outside, look at the other comments.Edit: I was finally refunded, and strangely I was answered after Booking intervened but before that it was radio silence

Is the last oneYou stand in front of locked doors at nine o'clock in the evening when you call the emergency number and there's no responseCalled the police, even when the police called the operator, there was no responseHad to sleep in the car because our things were in the roomWe weren't able to reach anyone until 8:15 the next morningAnd then become bold and abusiveAnd we should have been at the master school at 8:30 for the examDue to the ignorance of the operators, we got into problems and were almost excluded from the testOnce and never again in such a mess

The room was clean and modernly furnished. The check-in and everything surrounding it was carried out online via email and smoothly. So you don't see anyone because there is no reception.There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke in the room, as other guests had probably smoked in front of the "terrace door". (You could see this from all the cigarette butts in front of the glass door). This was disgusting for me as a non-smoker.What is important to know: You need a cell phone to get into the hotel room, as you do not receive an access card, but rather open the hotel room via a link.In itself a nice, modern room with a good location near the motorway.

My post has been deleted... Communication impossible by telephone, does not respond to email. It's not a code that we receive but an internet link which, once clicked on it, opens the door. Very poorly explained, site in German, not even English. Ventilation that runs even after showering or WC 40min. We hear it because the bathroom door is open at the top, it's a sliding door. Fortunately a customer explained to me how to get back. If you go out and forget to take your smartphone, you will be stuck outside. No battery, you're stuck outside... It's really not a great method. Another couple was freaking out in front of the bedroom door because they couldn't get in...
