We went to a concert and stayed overnight there. Rooms clean, reception friendly staff, great breakfast and the hotel is ideal if you are attending an event in the Porsche Arena, Wasen or Schleyerhalle. You leave the concert for 5 minutes, get some fresh air and go into the hotel. A dream . Gladly again

Can't say anything about the rooms at the moment. However, the first impression is already ruined by the reception. No hello, just a yes please from the corner. The cell phone was more important to the employee than eye contact. My question about check-in was answered with “the rooms are ready at 3 p.m.” and the conversation was ended for the lady. Thank you so much that I'm no longer looking forward to staying in the hotel for the entire week

Booked a room at Wasen. Reception friendly and helpful. Rooms functional, a bit outdated, pay a bit more attention to cleanliness. But what was discussed was done. Breakfast - very good selection, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Conclusion, we would like to come back.

The best thing about this hotel is its prime location, especially for automotive enthusiasts, as it’s just a short walk from the Mercedes-Benz Museum. This proximity meant we didn’t need a car or a taxi; we could easily stroll over and immerse ourselves in the fascinating world of Mercedes-Benz at our convenience.During our stay, we had the pleasure of interacting with the Arab receptionist, who I believe was from Syria. He was not only friendly but also incredibly helpful, offering us great recommendations to enhance our experience in Stuttgart. One standout suggestion was the amazing Manar Restaurant, which specializes in Arabic cuisine.I can confidently say that the food at Manar was the best Arabic fare I’ve had in Germany. Each dish was bursting with flavor and authenticity, making it a delightful culinary experience. The generous portion sizes were a pleasant surprise, ensuring that we left feeling satisfied and eager to return for more.Overall, the combination of the hotel’s excellent location and the valuable recommendations from the staff made our stay truly memorable. If you’re looking to explore Stuttgart and enjoy some fantastic Arabic food, this hotel is an excellent choice!

Rooms are fine, beds are very good, everything is clean, location is very central, breakfast is rather mediocre and unfortunately not appropriate for the price. But I find the parking issue to be an absolute disgrace: the hotel has its own parking garage right next to the building with enough space for large vehicles. I was a guest here with a colleague and paid almost €400 for the two rooms for one night. You then charge an extra €12 parking fee and sell this as a “bargain” because it would “actually cost €18”.I'm happy to pay a euro or two more for a good hotel, but overall this is completely excessive.

The location of the hotel is really great, we were there at a concert in the Porsche Aren. Restaurants, ATM everything right on site. We were very grateful that we didn't have to go far to the hotel. The beds were very comfortable and we slept very well, it was also very quiet in the room.The breakfast room was busy, but the staff found us a table very quickly, the lady was super nice. I would book the hotel again immediately if I'm in the area again.Breakfast room could be decorated a little nicer, otherwise everything is good. We had a lot of people at that point. The room could definitely be set up differently.

No Hilton Standard, very old fashion rooms and reception, far away from any city or shops. |Also personnel is not very friendly and customer oriented. I am Hilton guest since 20+ years, but this one of the worst experiences!|It needs to be urgently renovated - also for compensation the bad locations. This is not a Hilton Standard!!

The rooms are ok but not more than that.The service personnel was not very motivated.Locationwise it‘s great if you are visiting for a football match, an event at the Porsche Arena or for the Mercedes-Benz museum, otherwise the city center is quite far away and the metro does not work on weekends.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Hotel in Stuttgart and was completely satisfied. The hotel is centrally located and offers a great starting point for exploring the city. The room was modern and comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. I was particularly impressed by the friendly and helpful service from the staff, which made the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. All in all, a great choice for a stay in Stuttgart!

Rooms moldy, staff unfriendly and loud air conditioning that cannot be switched off.High staff turnover according to the employee because the boss doesn't care about the deficiencies. You can no longer hear the complaints. Also very unfriendly - probably very frustrated. Without a big discussion, one night didn't have to be paid for, as a gesture of goodwill.I wouldn't recommend the hotel despite the good location between the stadiums. Better to book somewhere outside.

The staff at reception tended to be in a bad mood and not very service-oriented.There was black mold in the grout lines of the shower.Breakfast and lunch were fine.Now the service wasn't that great and the shower was rather unappetizing, but at least the room was expensive.The first and last time for me.

Very good hotel with fairly large and clean room. There are quite a few things available such as a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, glasses which are at our disposal. The staff is also very friendly. There were just a lot of mosquitoes and we were surprised that he asked us to pay for the night when we left… we thought that this had already been done when we booked so we should write it more clearly on the email confirmation that the night has not been paid and that it must be done upon departure.

As a forced regular guest (there is no other well-located hotel near the stadium), I find the security in front of the hotel to be unreasonable. Why do I have to let myself be called stupid? With what authority do they deny me access and I have to laboriously prove that I am allowed to enter the hotel? Once (not today) I was even physically attacked. Back then I was too surprised, next time I will definitely file a complaint.

Everything was great. Beds comfortable, rooms comfortable and the location is just great! The breakfast was varied and is offered from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m.A little suggestion by the way: If shampoo and wax lotion are offered in bottles, there should be something in them ;-)
