Homestay right in the center but super quiet thanks to its location in a small alley.Very nice owners with whom we rented a scooter and who arranged a transfer for us to Padangbai.The prices are the same as if you were going elsewhere but the driver/scooter is brought to the homestay and that is very practical.

THERE WERE FLEAS IN THE SHEETS.Don't come! We had to leave this hotel at 11 at night, raining and with practically all the hotels in the area closed or full, to look for another hotel.To the owner's response:When we went to your hotel we had been in many other hotels during our stay in Indonesia without any of them having problems with fleas or anything.At no time did we ask for the room for free!!! The only thing we asked was for you to change our sheets and when you refused was when we left at 11 at night to look for another hotel (and, obviously, we weren't going to pay for the night we weren't going to "enjoy").DON'T COME! BAD HYGIENE AND BAD CUSTOMER TREATMENT.

This hotel is a shame.When we arrived at the hotel we were delighted... just like in the photos it was new, bright and with a nice pool.The problem came when we went to go to bed at 10 at night and saw several fleas jumping on the sheets and pillows. We immediately went to tell the reception, who by the way do not speak any English nor do they make an effort to understand you even if you use a translator, and what they did was come, check that there were indeed fleas and shake the sheets in front of us and on top of our suitcases... .Subsequently, they made a show of leaving... But obviously we told them that we wanted them to change our sheets completely (there was no option to change rooms because the hotel was full), to which they said okay and took us away with them all the bedding. A few minutes later they came back, made the bed and when they left we realized that the sheets were the same ones we had previously (we knew this because we had killed several fleas and there were small brown stains left on the sheets). After that, we told them and they told us that we could then take our things and go to another hotel... At 11 at night, we left, raining, at night and with most of the hotels already closed or full.Our worst experience in Bali. Not recommended.Response to the owner's accusation that we wanted to stay for free and had no money:That is completely FALSE, A LIE. We wanted to pay for the night we were going to stay, as long as the sheets with fleas that WERE ALREADY THERE were changed, it was you who kicked us out of the hotel when we told you to change them and you refused.

We had a great time here. Clean tidy rooms. The owner is a nice, enthusiastic man with a great staff.The rooms are clean and tidy.It is located on a busy street with many cozy eateries.Nugraha house thanks for the nice days.

The place is charming, the rooms are clean but bathroom is very small, commode placement is not good uncomfortable to sit, basin is very very small and its not in bathroom its in bedroom out side of bathroom which is bad thing, we take 2 rooms, A room with 2 single bed have uncomfortable mattress of both beds which are expired mattress, Double bed’s one have good mattress. Kitchen has stove but not working.Breakfast is just ok not tasty.

The Nugraha Guest House 2 is very nice, well located and quiet as it is set back from the main street. The garden is really pretty and well maintained. The swimming pool is magnificent! It really feels good after a hectic day in Ubud. In addition, the atmosphere is quite intimate because there are not many rooms.Breakfast is ok, brought directly to the room. But you can do without it without any problem because within a 5-minute walk you will find around ten cafes. The beds are quite good and the hot water is available. However, we found the dry cleaners quite expensive.Overall, a great place to relax in Ubud with a lovely pool and tranquil surroundings.

Great hotel, well located, quiet! The rooms are modern, large, spacious and very clean.The swimming pool is really very pleasant. The setting is pretty and the staff are super nice.

Don't recommend this place at all.There are 2 types of rooms, some are in bad shape with old furniture's and entrance doors don't close properly. Water in washrooms is just drop by drop. Hot water, no chance.Another type of room from outside looks new. I don't know their status.When we complain about the problem, they promised to fix it. When we keep following up in the next 2 to 3 hours. They asked us to check out. One day of our trip wasted.There are no employees, it's just father and his son managed.May be you get for what you paid.The only advantage is good location, but there are other good options in the same street and we moved out.

What a friendly place!Price vs Quality is excellent.Everything is nearby, (restaurants, bars, temples and other attractions) but it is absolutely quiet at Nugraha!Everyone is so kind and helpful!Extending last minute was no problem!!Definitely recommend this place!Thank you Nugraha Guest House 2(And PomPom🐶 and his friends 🐕🐕🦺)

Practically new rooms, a corner of peace and tranquility in the heart of the chaos of Ubud.Friendly and helpful owner, possibility of renting a scooter directly from him (although with prices a little higher than outside).Very beautiful and very clean swimming pool, meditation and yoga station.Balinese coffee and tea always available in the room.Characteristic and comfortable place.

- Beautiful room with beautiful view. My favourite balcony, it has the sun in the morning and the moon in the night (my trip was in fullmoon).- Big room, new and clean.- The garden is beautiful.- Very convenient because it's near a lot of restaurant, supermarket, coffees, money exchanges...- Staffs are friendly and supportive.10 out of 10👌

This place is a hidden gem in the centre of Ubud. It’s located on a quiet street right off the main strip, and it’s a perfect spot if you want to get away from all the noise but still be very close to everything.The staff are incredible. I arrived after midnight and they were up waiting to check me in. They clean the rooms everyday, and breakfast is provided every morning. They’re around to help with any questions.The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a big bed, plenty of cupboard space and private bathroom.The pool is just right to cool off in on a hot day after walking around. And all the trees give it a really cool, calming jungle vibe.
