Best location IN Zurich Airport. Nice hosting with competent person.Nice bar with food, wine and comfortable seating. Pleasant, clean common areas (toilets, showers, fitness).The rooms are decorated with landscape images, especially from the Swiss mountains.The sleeping capsules are a bit tight (okay for sleeping, not for suitcases etc.). Not suitable for people with mobility restrictions.If possible, book online directly with the hotel; everything is digitalized, from the reservation to the access to the capsule.It's great that there's always a host at the bar.

Too noisy. We were curious and wanted to have this experience which I would not recommend. First of all, too much noise from the people around. Anyone who suffers from claustrophobia should avoid it.Location is suitable but we had trouble getting there.

The rooms are 2 square meters big, so can‘t give more the 2 stars! However also it has like a camping flair - no Privatsphäre at the end! . Cleaning the showers and so on I have not seen! The are exchanging in the morning the towels, short look to them - maybe they are doing it another time, one shower was full with hairs. It is mainly not silent, but they provide something for the ears to get it a bit more silent!

Clean, modern, quick service, friendly staff - 24h available,Most direct way from the train station:Take 3times the escalator up, slightly right through the passageway to the checkin. Go right until Swiss checkin area, go outside --> you'll see the capsule hotel

The capsule is actually quite large. Air circulates there all the time. There is space to hang your belongings. The scale is quite steep.Luggage is placed under the cabins. The possibility of opening the doors using the application is useful, but you have to book each person for themselves, otherwise everything is centralized with the person who booked.The toilets/showers are well thought out, very pleasant, in individual cabins. There is even a small gym.The staff were very pleasant and helpful, thank you very much.And it’s really very convenient to be so close to the airport at this price.

Very good overnight alternative if you have an earlier flight in the morning. It was clean and I certainly filled myself up. But it is very frequented and you can hear everything, so if someone opens the door on capsule or the main door in room, it is very loud. I wouldn't be able to sleep well even with earplugs. The price performance is right. The check-out bar employee didn't speak any German and English wasn't the best either.

The hotel is actually a HOSTEL, not a hotel - the capsules are basically bunk beds surrounded by plywood walls and a sliding door (nicely decorated inside, dim lightning, mirror, power outlets and ventilation/AC included). Hence it is quite loud as there are about 10 capsules in a dorm. Apart from being loud there is a pair of worn sneakers in front of every capsule, since there are no shoe boxes or lockers - consequently the dorm stinks of worn sneakers!!The prices around 80-100 CHF/night (or even higher!) for a hostel bed, what the capsules actually are, are definitely exaggerated. The only advantage is that is is located right in front of the terminal entrance, so one can just cross the street to reach the airport terminal.The shared bathrooms are very moist, as the ventilation is not sufficient and mould is forming in the ventilation vents, which poses a serious health hazard.

The holidays already begin here. Arrive absolutely stress-free, check in your luggage and go straight across the street from Checkin 1 and 2 to the Capsule Hotel. End the evening comfortably with a delicious pizza and a nice glass of red wine. After a shower in the very clean wet room area you can sleep wonderfully and in the morning you fall out of bed directly across the street to check-in or passport control. It couldn't be more pleasant! Tip: Be sure to book earlythe capsule hotel is very popular!Have a nice trip!

To summarise, the location is great. The bed is comfortable and clean, and so are the showers. The bar is nice if you don't need much.The biggest problem is noise:- Phones vibrating during the night- People watching videos on their smartphone- The person above turning his light on/off or turning the wheel- You can hear people opening/closing the room door, and their capsule's door (worst one)- People getting to bed at 01h30, other waking up around 03h30.I could hear all this, even though I was wearing noise-cancelling headphones. The other problem is that it is too warm.All this meant that I slept around 2-3 hours over a span of 6-7 hours. When staying in this kind of hotel, sleep is the basic need I want to be met. All the rest is nice-to-have...I'm certain the capsules can be improved. Until then, I won't be staying there anymore.

Very good concept, the girl who helped me was very friendly, good facilities, I didn't have any noise, a little expensive for what it offers especially because of the issue of sharing bathrooms. I recommend it for people who travel alone, in transit or, as in my case, with a very early flight.

Very good option to stay overnight at the airport. In the rooms you get peace and quiet and can relax.The small drawback is the ventilation of the cabin. In the upper part it gets warm very quickly and a bit stuffy.Otherwise it's great for spending a rather cheap night near the airport.

For the people enjoys always good hotel, it will shock you seeing the bedroom. The public area with sofas and some fancy decor is very nice, especially for the young people. The public WC and shower cabinet are good also, clean and enough.Now I want to put some negative points.1. Find its location, it’s a bit difficult. The A11 in the address line makes me to go to terminal A. And some staff inside the airport confirm me to go to A. It’s not their fault, and it’s not their job. Suggestion to booking.com and others confirm email, give the client more information about how to get there, especially, like me, I get out of a flight from E, and lost a lot of time inside. When I finally get out, a girl staff tells me it’s face “check in 1” . Partly I haven’t do enough homework to find out its location, and my eSIM works not good.2. The WiFi and email. We can’t live without net today. Since my eSIM card function badly, after check in, the hotel sent me code for entry room and bed. So it’s a problem about egg-chicken. Suggestions: on the chick in screen when it shows your bed number, please show also the confirmation number with is the PW for WiFi. Hopefully there is a person on the desk and she helps me to get to my bed.3. The Bed. This is the key fonction for the client. Generally, it’s clean and once when you lay down, it’s comfortable. It’s very tiny as the name can tell us. The light takes me a little while to find. And the on-off button is very inside, it will be more friendly to have another button at the “door”, especially for the up-bed users.4. Noise in bedroom. The slide door makes a noise touching the structure!!! It’s like a drilling machine works besides your head or a little bit far away. Some people speak “loudly” maybe not so loud, but for the people asleep and waked up, it’s very loud.5. Air. Generally speaking, it’s good. I closed door for sleep. At first, I just a little worry, if I can re-open from inside. 😂. In the middle, have to go to WC, and I see a “roommate “ sleeping with the door open, perhaps for the free feeling 😂.So conclusion: if you take it like a “camping “ experience “ , you’ll feel good. For more than 1 people, a real hotel worth more.Share my experience.Hope it can help you.

I won't recommend it. Couldn't sleep a single eye all night. It was very stuffy (yes the air holes were free and not covered, as the hotel pointed out) and warm in the capsule. I also itched everywhere in bed, probably from the detergent that was used. Every time someone else moves, the whole frame rocks. Other guests show no consideration for the sleeping guests. Strangers also have access to the hotel, which I didn't feel was safe when I went to the toilets at night.What I liked was that I could check out without contact, unfortunately the capsule “just” looks nice and the toilets/showers were clean.

Amazing, capsules are really comfortable, all you need for a good sleep, not too much, and not too little. Staff very helpful, I felt very safe. Cleanliness in capsules, showers and toilets is top, and of course, the location, just across from the check in, what more do you want.Thank you for this amazingly restful experience, before an early morning flight.
