Stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel area itself is nice, the location is great and the rooms are spacious. Getting hold of staff is almost impossible they are never at reception. Our room wasn't cleaned once and the bin outside our room was overflowing but they never came to empty. No new towels and the bathroom wasn't the cleanest. The shower plugged was blocked so water pooled up in there.

The massage was painful, although from the very beginning I asked to do it easily. During the foot massage, I felt the master's nails and it also hurt. Several times during the massage, she simply went out somewhere and had to wait. Only after my repeated comments did I manage to relax a little. I will not go here for a massage a second time

Stayed here for 2 nights. It was not a good experience at all. There was no receptionist/ room service or hotel staff available for anything. We had to carry our own luggage up the stairs which was very steep. The Wi-Fi had no connectivity over the entire course of stay and there was no one to listen to our concerns. The lights in our room was very dim and the fan was quite slow with no way of changing speed. The bathroom was unclean as well. The entire place smelt of chlorine. The beds were quite small as well- two people cannot sleep comfortably on the double bed which was there in the room. The only redeeming factor was the location of the hotel which was in the heart of Ubud.

The rooms are spacious and the design outside is very nice. The staff is nice but hard to get help as there's no one at reception for most of the time. The room was filled with bugs, I spent more than 2 hours cleaning them up. The bed gave me back pain, and the internet didn't work most of the time. They can do better with some more care

Great accommodation in the heart of Ubud! The small courtyard with pool makes you feel like you are in an oasis in the middle of the city.My room was on the first floor, which can be reached via a narrow staircase. The room has its own small terrace with seating. There is a shower tray with hot water in the bathroom! I haven't had that in other homestays in Bali.There are a few ants, but overall very well maintained and recommended!

Very clean, friendly, and helpful. Pictures online do not do this place justice. We were not expecting the size and quality of the pool, and were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the bathroom. The front desk helped us find cool attractions in Ubud. 10/10 recommend
