big clean rooms, comfort but just as well as in my case you can stay outside to sleep because of the device that sometimes you find broken and the door won't open. no one answers your phone

The motel is on a highway, but it's not busy at night, so it's reasonably quiet. There is a gas station next door that offers, among other things, very good Italian coffee. This is a receptionless hotel - the rooms are accessible via a room code. Booking and check-in went smoothly. The rooms are sufficiently large and modernly furnished - with a small kitchen and refrigerator. So far everything would actually be OK. However, when we entered the room we were met with a disgusting stench of cold cigarette smoke, which could not be eliminated even after two nights despite airing and anti-tobacco candles - it was probably in the curtains and bedding. We haven't experienced anything like this since smoking was banned in hotel rooms (how many years ago???). Completely unacceptable. A complaint about the feedback form sent achieved nothing. Therefore no recommendation.

Mold in the shower, the bed linen had holes... and as usual with this hotel chain: far away from anything... 🤷♂️😱

The reservation was made by my company however the room was full of dead cockroaches and I killed many that came out from under the bed and the refrigerator.

I booked the room through Agoda, but unfortunately I wasn't provided with a door code. Only after repeated contact and effort was it sent.Unfortunately, the room smelled stale (smoke or old food) and the cleanliness was poor.Update: However, customer service was subsequently accommodating.

Very convenient.
I would have rated it much higher except there are no mattress or pillow protectors; it is only a matter of time that body fluids seep through.

Everything here runs without staff. You book and pay online and receive the access code and door pin on the day of arrival.The hotel is so far the only one in this chain where you actually have a view over meadows, fields and the forest. That actually surprised me positively.The rooms are OK equipped for this price segment. There is a small kitchen with two hobs, a fridge, a kettle, but no microwave. You can cook something small on site, but you have to bring everything with you.There is a discount store and a pizzeria within a radius of less than 100m. There is a gas station in front of the door and it is very quiet there at night.To a certain extent you can park a truck there. There is a parking space for cars right in front of the door.

It suited our purposes as we only needed something for the night. Price-performance ratio was therefore okay. Modern, clean rooms, some of which were a bit shabby. The drain smelled and the bathroom door didn't close properly, but other than that there were no problems. A table with chairs in front of the door would be nice...

I'm 74 years old and have walking difficulties, in the photo there's a great walk-in shower and the hotel otherwise makes a good impression, at least in the photo, I wanted to book a room for a few days, what I found is a credit card or advance payment, unfortunately I have after EIGHT CALLS, can't reach anyone, so stay away from this hotel.Heinig.

The location is in a very nice place. Although it is a little distance from the center on foot, it takes 5 minutes by taxi. The hotel is generally clean and nice, it makes people feel absolutely comfortable. Breakfast is rich. Employees try to do their best in service and service as much as they can. I can definitely recommend

Good location, good price. But dirty. Horribly dirty curtains, dirty walls, very dusty under the window, on the fridge. Internet issues (once I have 2 weeks with no internet). Winter time no heatind for a week. Otherwise it's good for these money. Missing laundry.

Incredibly dirty! The room looked like a crime scene: blood stains on the pillow, the toilet filthy... curtains completely full of stains, increasingly worn out. Despite countless reviews on e.g. Booking, the curtains are not cleaned or replaced and defects are not eliminated. What's going on there?(I was there several times and also in different rooms - I work as a fitter in southern Germany.)

A spacious and comfortable room. Please note, reservations are made online and you must master the German language. I got fooled by renting a room in the same hotel, but in a different location. Thanks to kind neighbors, I was able to get my room, even though I was not reimbursed for my other rental in which I did not sleep. However, the room is really very nice.
