Hotel faithful to the image of the chain. Unbeatable value for money especially close to the airport.Although located on the side of the highway, my room overlooking the back of the hotel, I was able to sleep with the window open on this hot April weekend without being disturbed by the noise. When we come to Formula 1, we aim for price and not quality. Spartan but correct room. Nothing to complain about the cleanliness of the room and shared bathrooms. Neighbors respectful of the tranquility both in the room and in the common areas during my visit. Remember to bring your own towel, otherwise they are available at reception for €3. A breakfast which for €6 really does the job: coffee, pastries, cakes, bread, butter, cereals, yogurt, fruit juice available in self-service. Really friendly welcome both on arrival and at check out.And finally a hotel accessible on foot from the airport terminal, in short a perfectly acceptable stopover when you have a plane to catch and you are looking at your budget

I had an excellent stay at the Hôtel Politique 1 near Mulhouse airport. The location is ideal for travelers, just a few minutes from the airport, making it very convenient. The room was clean and functional, providing everything needed for a night's rest before my flight. The staff were welcoming and helpful, always ready to accommodate my needs. Very good value for money for those looking for simple and practical accommodation. I will come back without hesitation!

Although the hotel is close to the airport, it is a bit difficult to get to as there is only a narrow, inconspicuous and unlit road leading there.The only rooms that were suitable for us at the HotelF1 were the convertible rooms with their own bathroom and toilet. The rooms were satisfactory, clean and the beds comfortable. We particularly liked the colorful wallpaper with the old airline advertisements. However, you shouldn't have large luggage with you because the rooms are very small. In addition, it is likely to be very hot in summer due to the lack of air conditioning.We had breakfast included, which was very simple (there weren't even plates).Price-performance ratio overall ok.

We booked a room so that we could sleep well and rest the night before departure. The walk takes more than 15 minutes to get to the airport and is sometimes not lit in the evening. With suitcases everything turns out to be a little more complicated than hoped. What bothered me most was the lack of hygiene and the noise-permeable walls. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the drain in the bedroom and both the sink and the mirror had blood-like stains. The shared toilets were also not clean. The service at reception served us. Not recommended for those who sleep lightly and for whom hygiene is important.

That's the second time in 10 days that self checkin did not work. Glad we were there at 5 pm and not at midnight. Touchscreen outside of the entrance door was blocked and did not react. It asks for a ten digit code but the one you get from the hotel is 9 digit. Never again. There are better hotels nearby that cost a little more but have someone at the reception.

This hotel is an excellent option for a layover or an overnight stay near the airport. The rooms are simple and clean with the option for a private bathroom or a shared bathroom if you're on a budget. I was nervous booking such a reasonably priced hotel especially so near the Swiss border but I was very pleasantly surprised. The service at the desk was amazing despite the late check in. She was very accommodating with both with my partner and I and also the couple that checked in before us where the receptionist was very knowledgeable about the area and transport options. Stayed on 8/10/24.

You get what you pay for. We chose it because we had a late night arrival and it’s the only hotel this close to the airport (20 minutes walk). We got the “premium” room with a bathroom in our room. We arrived after midnight so we had to use the auto check in machine, but it didn’t work. Luckily there was an intercom next to it, so we called the staff and the lady came down to us and let us in. We had some problems with the door to the room, but they were solved quickly. It was raining cats and dogs when we arrived, but the in-room heater was so powerful that we were able to dry all our clothes overnight. The room itself is rather tiny, but clean and in good condition. The breakfast is small, consisting only of some bread and cakes, butter, jams, cereal and coffee, but you can’t really expect too much as it costs 6 euro. There is a train station 5 minutes away by foot, with connection every other hour to Basel and Mulhouse. Overall, for 60 euro, it’s a good value for the price, if you’re arriving late at night or departing early in the morning and looking for something close to the airport.

A few minutes from the airport, which is great when we have a plane to catch early in the morning. Good night spent in this hotel. I think that access to the car park could be improved, leaving your car in front of the gate to collect the gate code, it is not ideal especially when it rains.

It's way too easy to get lost on the way here and I had to walk for more than an hour instead of 20 mins, after a long flight, in the night. Everything is dirty and the entire floor smells of poo. I'd rather sleep on a bench at the terminal than here.
