Premier Inn Lindau Hotel

Great room. Kindly staff. At the station (2 min walk from the city center). What else?

We stayed in a family room with 2 adults and 2 children. Room was super large and separated by a wall where parents and children sleep. Very clean everything.We also had breakfast there. But wouldn't recommend it for the price. Selection was very small. Long lines at the coffee machine. It's different at every Premier Inn. So I wouldn't recommend breakfast in Lindau.

Room very large, very clean. It smells a bit musty in the bathroom.1 star deduction for breakfast. Unfortunately only canned fruit, sometimes a long wait in front of the coffee machine. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel, very clean, with air conditioning, elevators, coffee and tea set in the room. It was great, even though it was only one night on the way to Italy. I recommend!!

The air conditioning doesn't cool properly and the windows can only be tilted - but the nightly noise from a neighboring company would be unbearable anyway if the windows were open.This makes it very difficult to sleep at at least 25 degrees.We spoke to several guests - almost all of them had the problem.The environment is also very unattractive in an industrial area with littered junk cars etc... absolutely not recommended!

Very nice and friendly staff. We chose this hotel because it had air conditioning. Unfortunately it was preset and you couldn't regulate the temperature, but it didn't do anything except make some noise. The parking lot costs 13 euros per day. What we found best was the WiFi. Although there is free WiFi, it was very slow. If you want better speed, you have to book it separately. Overall very poor value for money at just under 200 euros for the night.

Very clean facilities and tidy rooms, good breakfast and relatively close to Lake Constance. Parking spaces available, unfortunately relatively expensive for the room price at 13 euros per 24 hours (but you can park for free in the industrial area, right in front of it). Location-wise it's ok too, the hotel is in an industrial area but you're directly connected to the city and you don't notice anything of it (except the view😉). Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the room did next to nothing, it was set to 17 degrees, but it was still there It was at least 25 degrees and we had to turn it off at night because it was very loud. The bathroom was spacious and clean, but the water temperature and water pressure constantly changed, from very warm to uncomfortably cold within 2 to 3 seconds... otherwise it was actually quite ok

Usual Premier Inn standard with a great family room.One thing in advance, unfortunately we are currently spending our last night at Lake Constance.This is not our first stay at a Premier Inn hotel. We as a family know the advantages, although not every Premier Inn is exactly the same as the next and there are small differences. That's why my review relates to the comparison with other Premier Inn hotels and our personal feeling after 5 nights in Lindau.The breakfast, with the free offer for the children, is completely the same as other Premier Inns. Sufficient for us, good, beautifully presented and with an unbeatable price-performance ratio.Facilities and quality of the hotel like in other hotels.Parking costs €13 per night, other hotels here are a little more expensive. There is also the option to park outside the hotel parking lot. With a bit of a walkway connected but it's okay. There is only a charge for parking overnight. At least that's how it was explained to us. We have experienced better air conditioning in the rooms, even though we had the shutters closed all day (other hotels don't have them), the air conditioning didn't manage to really cool the room. We always left the room card stuck. The windows in the family rooms can only be tilted, this is also the case in other hotels and the temperatures were never really cool, so the quality of sleep was slightly worse here, which was not due to the beds. They are, as usual, top notch.Now to the actual room...a dream for us in comparison. It is large and has a separate parent and child area. Of course that was lucky, because it's not a standard.In other reviews, guests complain about the temperatures of the hot water in the shower. That's right, the temperatures fluctuate somewhat. Could be due to low pressure or peak times. There was nothing to complain about early on. No drama for us as a family with two big children. It would also be appropriate to clean the exterior facade and install insect screens on the windows, especially in the hallways. There are many spider nests visible on the facade. No drama but still present. Especially in the hallways the windows are tilted all day long and an insect screen would be an advantage and would be easy to implement.The staff was always friendly and accommodating, even at breakfast times. We requested room cleaning once, but it didn't come until the next day. We were able to get 2 needed towels from reception. So no problem either.We already booked at the beginning of the year because the newsletter informed us about this hotel and its opening and so Premier Inn took us to Lake Constance and we didn't regret the 5 days. Quite the opposite. I think by booking early we got the whole thing at a very good price and so there is no reason to complain and the 5 stars are fully deserved.As long as our children can stay overnight for free, Premier Inn will always be our first port of call and this was confirmed by this week in Lindau.Many thanks to the entire team at the hotel for the great vacation...

The price is disproportionate to the performance. 220€ for a room without toiletries, minibar, 6 clothes hangers, no shelves etc. Service is zero. Organizationally it was a disaster.It's a basic hotel at best with a realistic price of €80 maximum
