I would book again immediately. We had very nice days in the hotel with the children. Everyone was excited. It's rare to get such good service.

So in itself a nice hotel. The location is very central which is really good. However, the entire ground floor smells like drains. It really is a terrible smell and ruins your hunger and desire to have a drink at the bar. In addition, the sheets on the beds are sometimes so damaged that you can see holes. When we asked, we got new ones that were just as broken. Really a shame

The lady at the reception should improve her German to explain where the room is and the gentleman who constantly has candy/chewing gum in his mouth makes the hotel disrespectful and unprofessional.But the rooms and cleanliness were great.

The location of the hotel is super central. The facilities are okay for a short trip. The staff at check out was miserable. The woman was completely overwhelmed and unfriendly. She didn't want to let us go and accused us of smoking. We would have to wait forever for one of her colleagues to check the rooms. Then of course everything was smoke-free and we could leave. She then called us in front of the customers and behind us, we were being deleted and reported that we were no longer allowed to visit the NYX Hotel. Very disgraceful because we were very satisfied with the price performance.

We have been to the NYX Hotel several times and there is a reason for that :-)It is super centrally located, you can reach the market square in 1 minute. Nevertheless, you sleep peacefully.The hotel is super clean, super chic and modern, the theme of art can be found everywhere and we even love the scent in the lobby ;-) The rooms are large and well-equipped.We've never used TV and neither have WiFi, so we can't say anything about it.The background lighting on the TV wall in the room didn't work. But we didn't need it either.The little things here are simply very charming and not something to be taken for granted, for example the free coffee bar or refreshment counter in the lobby, the sweets, the chips with the cocktail, etc.In our opinion, breakfast has deteriorated a bit compared to before the pandemic; before there was a bit more frills like antipasti.But the breakfast is still more than sufficient and you can still find lots of great things in addition to the breakfast classics, such as Kaiserschmarrn, Bircher muesli, cakes, small desserts, unlimited juice and coffee, etc.What unfortunately isn't solved optimally is the scrambled eggs. It's next to boiled eggs. These lie on small stones. The spoons are apparently used for both and so small stones end up in the scrambled eggs. There would be a need for optimization.Now I've actually only found this one fly in the ointment, NYX Hotel, we'll be back ;-)

Check-in goes smoothly. I think €17 to park in the parking garage that is not closed is quite expensive, but you have no choice. Room 155 was spacious, but not clean at all. Tear in the pillowcase, air conditioning has never been cleaned in my opinion, long black hair in the bathroom, lots of limescale and black mold in the shower area and wear slippers in the evening because you will encounter at least 6 silverfish in the bathroom. I was here 4 years ago and it was good then, but not anymore. Breakfast was fine and there was more than enough choice. We will go to another hotel for this money from now on.

I am serious, this hotel…the building was definitely something else before this. Maybe a prison?? Rooms are so small, the showers barely fit one person. The rooms were so dirty, it was cartoonish. As soon as a sat on the bed a wave of dust covered the whole room. Felt like it was a room in an abandoned hotel. Avoid!!!

In terms of price, it's a perfect fit because it's in the city and you have everything around you.The room was very clean and I'm extremely happy. The most important thing is the bed was very comfortable.The employee at the counter was very friendly.I would happily recommend the hotel

The hotel is in a great central location, close to the market square, and had its own garage for the car. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is rich and in a nice breakfast room. The hotel can only be recommended.

The first impression is super hip 👍 Inviting lobby, cozy bar, cool billiards ceiling. The room on the 5th floor offers a great view 💖 If you look closely, it's only moderately clean 😬 But it was okay for one night. We would have said something if we had stayed longer and it would certainly have been cleaned up, because the staff is GREAT 👍 The drinks in the bar are super delicious and there's nothing wrong with the morning buffet, it has enough of everything.Unfortunately the garage 🚙 has a pigeon problem and their remains can be found on the cars 🙈
