Spent one night at Henrys Sleeping Hostel as I had a doctor's appointment early the next morning. Machines/washing machines or similar were left running CONTINUOUSLY until 2am. This caused such vibrations and noise in room 32 that it was impossible to sleep. It was consistently between 55 and 65 dB! In the house at 1 a.m. I tried to find the cause. I also tried to reach someone from the hostel at night. Both unsuccessful. Here guests are really on their own at night. Just bad and sad.

Excellent central location on Münsterplatz and strong prices. The beds, on the other hand, are very uncomfortable and there are not always power sockets nearby. The view and service are as expected in a budget hostel, but our bathroom was large, modern and clean. Recommended for shorter stays.

To sleep one night in Ulm, good, inexpensive accommodation in a shared room. What stands out is the proximity to the Ulm Minster right in the city with a chic café restaurant.

Friends, pluses: location (directly in the centre), shower, price, bed is good for this price, there is a small nightstand where you can attach towels, toilet paper and a padlock, you can put your valuables here. The size of the rooms is sufficient. The ground floor of the hotel is a cafe and the prices are normal.The employees speak good English.Cons: You share the room with 3 other friends, there is no elevator, you will get a little tired if you have a lot of belongings. There is no closet to hang your clothes.In general, it is difficult to find better in the center of Ulm for this price.

Unfortunately, my stay in “Henrietta’s Sleeping” in Ulm was not satisfactory. A big problem was that the bathroom had no door, which wasn't mentioned beforehand. It was extremely uncomfortable having to use the toilet in an open space.In addition, a molding in the room was damaged and looked run down. The sink was blocked so the water wouldn't drain - a real problem when you arrive at 11:30 p.m. and can't find someone to talk to.There was a cart full of old socks in the fourth floor hallway, and the whole area smelled strongly of unpleasant feet. That was anything but inviting.Although the accommodation is very centrally located, given the shortcomings mentioned, I would choose a different hostel next time. It's a shame that the potential of the location isn't being used better.

Very spartan rooms. No closet and almost no storage space for clothes, for example. No toothbrush cup, no shower gel. Hairdryer not available either. Beds ok. No room service. Not very clean the floors. White socks were then black. Location great! Very friendly when checking in! In my opinion, the whole thing could be improved with little effort.

4 nights €239, 5 minus stars! Worst hotel I've ever been to.The worst thing of all: My face and throat swelled every night, and it got worse every day, even though I'm otherwise slim and athletic. The swelling subsided during the day and came back at night.I would have paid any price for another hotel, but all the hotels in the area were fully booked.I was told with amusement that the photos were fake.Hole on the 4th floor, steep stairs, toilet bowl in front of the bed, smell, no light on the bed, broken windows through which the wind whistled, sagging mattress.At least I managed to vent the heater.Despite the cold snap, the heating didn't get warm, it gurgled all night because it was full of air. When I asked for the radiator to be vented, I was cheekily threatened that they would complain about me. Where??? That would have been fine with me. I then got tools from a friendly employee of the city of Ulm to at least keep things warm.I still don't have an explanation for the swelling. They've been slowly fading away since I've been home.

If it is World War III and you have no place to stay as all building got destroyed, I tell you don't come to this hotel. Because there are chances you if any missile destroys this hotel, you will be sitting openly in the door less toilet. So instead.. better fight in the battle and die. Country will appreciate you. 🫡

Nice rooms. Although some lightning was not working correctly. And I was alone in a 4bed room. Was nice.Literally in the city center. Minster was like 200m away.Very weird reception and service. I waited like a half an hour before anyone cared about checking me in. That was very annoying.

For €23 per night, you can't say anything.The room and the bathroom were not clean and the bathroom smelled terrible, I almost couldn't sleep because of the smell.The location is great and the café in the basement is great and cheap. You then have to check in, which is perhaps important to mention.Staff was very friendly, but more attention needs to be paid to cleanliness.
