after 20 minutes of unsuccessfully searching for a parking space, simply put it in the driveway. Reception was unmanned, check-in was very complicated with a reservation number. You could do this with a QR code. Elevator was broken, so had to walk up. I met an MA there who said there were parking spaces at REWE?!? Rooms are well furnished, bathroom too, coffee machine with 2 capsules is sufficient.

We stayed there for one night, easy to find, street parking available, receptionist very nice. Elevator could use a brother. The hallway seems a little dreary, but the room and the wet room are convincing.All in all, as it should be.

This is a nice, clean lodging on the edge of Stuttgart centre. It is close to the tram line. The room is somewhere between a hotel and an apartment. Good size, with a double bed and a large sofa. Clean and well presented bathroom. …

Torn about this review because on the one hand, the room was fine although a little small especially in the bathroom (shower was so small if you move a certain way you hit the knob to turn the temperature hot/cold). Also there is only someone at the front desk between specific hours, which we found were inconsistent with that was listed in the emailed info packet. We were also relying on being able to do laundry here but there is only one washer/dryer for the whole building, and it is booked through an app so if someone is ahead of you, you likely will be waiting for hours. Also received inconsistent info about accessing the laundry room and hours of operation, which was a little frustrating (there’s a separate key to access the laundry room and someone has to be at reception to give you one). And agree with everyone else who noted it’s very hot inside…I get that some buildings don’t have AC, but seems like this place would benefit from fans or something to help with temps. Location is nice as it’s just a couple stops from the city center. However depending on your room, your window could face a Rewe parking lot, which is oftentimes loud.

I only stayed here for one night but loved it! A bit inconspicuous from the outside, but super modern on the inside. My room was large, well equipped and very clean! Would have liked to stay longer ☺️

We are absolutely thrilled. We have a room with a view and the view is incredibly beautiful. The room is totally stylish and spacious. Nothing is missing and the receptionist was also super friendly.It's also great that the elevators only work with a room card, so only hotel guests can get to the hotel.We didn't order breakfast.There is a Rewe right next to it.Parking is probably difficult, bus connection almost right in front of the door.

Absolutely beautiful!The room on the 5th floor with this view.The non-plus ultra would be that you could go out on the terrace.Otherwise everything was really excellent.With bus 42, which is directly in front of the loft, you can reach Stuttgarte Mitte in 14 minutes.To the stadium football or concert 20 minutes.Also great with e-kickboard!!We will be back.

We were very satisfied, the rooms were modern and very clean. The man at reception was very friendly, we actually thought that it wasn't busy on Saturdays.Of course you look out onto the inner courtyard and it might get louder when deliveries are made to Rewe (I can't judge, we were there on Sunday night) but the location is great. It's only 10 minutes by bus from the main station and everything you need is within walking distance.

Great stay.Rooms are perfect, I would like to swap my 2 room apartment for the Metropolitan Superior Loft. The reception staff is very friendly and prepares you perfectly for your stay.

I stayed here over Christmas and it was a great stay. They were very accommodating and answered all our questions and concerns. The room was extremely clean upon arrival. I will definitely be returning or trying their other locations on my next visit to Stuttgart.

Rooms are good, extra bed for kid is perfect. Small good kitchen.
Though outside the window is terrible situation - building racks, torn material that made big sound during the night and didn’t let us sleep, we were exhausted at night to request room exchange.

Great price-performance ratio! Arriving was a bit strange (checking in at the machine and using the room card) but it worked without any problems. The hallway seemed very sober and unwelcoming, but the room: great! Clean, reasonably large, modern furnishings, comfortable bed. In the surrounding area there is a REWE, at least one snack bar and a Stadtmobil station... what more could you want. I'll definitely come back.
