Apart from the fact that you don't really find the hotel very well, there is a very rude person sitting at the reception who treats you in a totally condescending manner, your mood changes every second and you have a very uncomfortable feeling that you are in good hands at all. It appeared as if this gentleman regularly manipulated his senses with certain substances. It's definitely not a place you can recommend. The room booked through Booking.com, which supposedly no longer exists and you were asked to cancel, was suddenly found again after you canceled. But this time you had to book directly with the hotel. This saves you the fees from Booking.com and fools their cooperation partners. I find this approach very questionable.

Hello dear people, I was a guest for about 3 weeks. I can only advise you to stay away from this alleged hotel space capsule. It will disappoint you very much after the bookings. People come that you don't expect and in general wardrobes are broken. You definitely have to ask yourself whether that luggage could (can) be left in the department, there were already 2 pieces of luggage that were educational, please take care of your things and always take good care, it's annoying to close the cupboard many times, the air is very bad and stuffy and very poorly ventilated just like that on all capsules they bear no responsibility in this room of the hotel Hotel Space in my opinion for the city of Karlsruhe no alternative a pure catastrophe and a rip off simply dubious not to be recommended.Ps in the lounge you are guarded and bugged so people don't do it without it, something can happen at any time and the owner has absolutely no responsibility for your stay. There was already a confrontation between a guest. The police had to be called on site.So dear people, take care of yourselves, you don't know who's coming in there, who they're dealing with, it's not a positive end destination for meWish you all a good trip ✔️

It is simply not recommended because the guests are simply not divided seriously, the staff is simply not good and keeps claiming that complaints have been received that are not true and guests come where you don't know what kind of people they are is respected and this inconveniences guests who just want to have peace and quiet and people are not allowed to use the phone in the lounge, which I can't fully understand and it's also that the furniture isn't new but everything is so old and then on top of that everything is unhygienic

Unfortunately we can't recommend the hostel... we were overbooked and ended up without a room. We were promised that we would get the money back and find a goodwill arrangement and that we could stay in a capsule instead of the double room we had booked. However, just empty words! Even after over a month we still don't have any money back! You're always being held back and put off... Really weak and a real cheek! We are disappointed!!Would have liked to come back because the concept and location are not bad, but under these circumstances definitely not!One star is too much for that...

Sorry but nothing for Yugos. There's also a club right next door that has the music cranked up all night long. I didn't close my eyes.

I found it really interesting and a feast for the eyes in every respect. It's definitely worth staying for a few nights, especially when you meet great, interesting people (in terms of price, it's an absolute bargain) not like in the hotel, the capsules were clean, the kitchen and the bathroom were sparkling clean and the cleaning lady did it good work, top guys at reception, friendly, reliable, able to have good conversations with the unusual Turkish name, I forgot it😂 there was a situation where I had misplaced my card hahaaa as always the young gentleman was there within 2 minutes and handed me a new one no ifs and buts you are the best🖒🖒 will definitely come back oh yeah😏 LG
