Ideal !In a street parallel to the center of the city, you have access to everything you need. The place is very nice, the team very attentive and warm. The room was very good with all the necessary comfort. The swimming pool has a few deckchairs and gives a very cocooning look. “Simple” but very good Indonesian breakfast.

Terrible treatment we received from the owner. When it was time to pay, the night before we left, we went to reception to make our payment. They told us to pay in cash and that if we paid there with a card they would charge us an extra 3%.We told them that we managed the reservation with Booking and that it was established that everything was included in that price, we did not have to pay anything else and they insisted that no, that they approached us to an ATM to take out money so that we could pay them in cash or that we had to pay them 3% more if we paid by card (which contradicted what was contracted through Booking)The owner, in a very bad manner throughout the conversation, grabbed us and took a photo stating that he was going to report us so that this would not happen.During the stay, the rooms were dirty, with stains on the sheets and the mosquito net. We knew that you have to go through a house, and that it is a guest house, but seeing how the owner killed a rooster and left it with blood in garbage bags and where they serve breakfast (which we only tried on the first day) It is full of bugs, we try to stay as short as possible. On top of that, when we left, they wanted to charge us more. Some unpresentable and poorly educated people, which we have already seen in comments that more people think so and rightly so.

You arrive at the house of a family who built rooms to stay, they are very nice but the shower needs to be fixed a little and the mattresses and pillows changed for something more comfortable, everyone is very friendly, especially the boy Dode who takes you to the place where you want all day and it is an affordable price, I liked my stay there and it is very close to the central area.

The location is nice but that‘s about it. The owner is rude and dishonest. The rooms smell of mold. Breakfast is so-so.

Very good hotel! Staff are super friendly and helpful - couldn't do enough for you helping with bags, trips etc.Breakfast was nice - bowl of fresh fruit and you get a choice of eggs, pancakes and other hot dishes. All delicious!Location is great, 5 min walk to high street and 20 min walk to rice fields. We did the Batur sunset trip from here which was cool and cheaper than on tourist websites.Only small issue is there is building works next door, but that doesn't start until 9 ish and finishes by 5, so doesn't disrupt sleep etc.
