The service isn't very good... it differentiates between local tourists and foreign tourists... local tourists can't choose a room, they say it's full while foreign tourists can choose a room... we also pay the same price

Bathrooms do not match the pictures and the bathtub does not fit tightly. Do not hand in laundry, they lost part of my clothes and refused to cover it. However, they folded the other garments nicely and wrapped them in plastic. Good breakfast

Clean value for money. Bit out of the way but some would like it as it's quiet. Great coffee shop nearby. I wouldn't eat food here.

This comment after having visited more than 10 hotels in Bali over 2 months at all prices.One of the worst hotels in Ubud.Bedroom :- When we arrived they tried to put us in a room on the ground floor even though we had ordered upstairs.- No rice field view like in the photos- The most SHAMEFUL thing is the cleaning which does not exist. Catastrophic (Spider web, mold, hair and so on)- Lack of equipment in the room (ashtray / glass / socket, etc.)- Ants in the bed- Flush not working- Holey shower towel- Very / Too close to neighborsService :- Everything is too expensive when you know the prices in Bali and the quality of the hotel. OK if we pay 150E per night I will understand.- Massage (They call people from outside so you might as well go see them directly and pay 4 times less)Personal: It absolutely does not represent Bali. We feel like we're disturbing them. They are more in seasonal jobs than in the hotel industry.You want your breakfast that you ordered the old staff is smoking in the kitchen while there is no table cleaned upstairs. A shame.I would still like to highlight the gardeners who always work, smile, and are extremely kind.Positive Point -> Very good wifi and location.Conclusion :- You will find at the same price much better or for 5E more per night a hotel which will clearly be more qualitative. The owner who has several hotels in the area is just making money without investing 1 cent.Hotel to avoid, don't waste your time and money here.(If you want a concrete example at almost the same price I recommend Lafyu Bali House in the north, you will understand these words)

Worst stay so far in Ubud.We noticed it was very cheap and beautiful (perfect right?) no, it was so dirty! Sheets with stains, shower not clean, everywhere ants and last but not least:I thought I saw bed bug eggs. So I immediately asked someone to double check. The staff told me not to worry and that it came from the wood. I took their word for it and went into town to do our thing. Finally, someone told me that it was termites that remove the sawdust from the wood. It was everywhere, in the mattress, furniture and, on the floor. A little wouldn't be a big deal but this looked like a plague.In addition to everything, there were also cockroaches and mice that we saw, inside and outside the house. That was a sign for us that we did not want to sleep here. They offered us another house but we didn't want it. Luckily the man was kind enough to cancel our booking. We don't think they even realize they have a termite infestation because again, they said it was the wood. Which is correct, but not because the wood "leaves".

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was a complete nightmare.From cockroaches invading our privacy by dining on my toothbrush, loud noises from anywhere, to dirty sheets, spider webs as extra decor, and even a repulsive brown drip, which we discovered was sewage from the upstairs bathroom, leaking into ours. The only thing deserving recognition here are the staff members, who bravely endure unacceptable conditions with professionalism. However, it's disheartening to witness such lack of hygiene and care for guest comfort.A truly regrettable experience.

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel, the cleanliness absolutely does not exist, the accommodation is noisy and the location is far from everything, the only point is a nice small swimming pool.

I was specifically looking for a place that was close to the center of Ubud and that was quiet.This hotel is ideally located. Quiet area. It takes 10-15 minutes to get to the center of Ubud.The pool is clean. I swam almost every day. The staff is friendly.Very good hotel.The only negative is the very thin walls.If you are unlucky with your neighbors, you will be very loud.We lived for 8 days. 6 of them we were lucky; the neighbors were very quiet.We have been very unlucky for the last 2 days. Elderly people moved in. Grandfather coughed all night and stomped very loudly.But this is no longer about thin walls, but about the culture of people.

The hotel is made up of several wooden houses which form a housing estate. One bedroom upstairs and another downstairs for each house. It's very pretty. The swimming pool is in the middle.The staff is welcoming and attentive. There is always someone at the entrance.The rooms are large and equipped with air conditioning and a lockable wardrobe. The downside is going to be the noise isolation. We hear everything. You will no longer have any secrets with your neighbors above or below...Breakfast is good and you can have it on our terrace.There is a scooter rental service directly at the hotel. Very practical given its slightly off-center location. Its location nevertheless allows you to enjoy the peace and quiet away from the city.

I had nightmares sleeping here, if you hate cockroaches dont mind coming here because this place is full of cockroaches and the toliets were so dirty, not just cockroaches, floors are full on different insect and ants. Wouldn’t come here if I were you :)

The first time I came, I was a bit skeptical because the location was very far from the center of Ubud & saw that the rooms were full of wood, like old school or more towards art? The room is narrow, the bed is small, there is no parking (you have to take a ride to the neighboring villa in front).. breakfast if we don't ask is not provided even though it is the same as the room price.. the location is in the peripheral area, aka remote area, the road is narrow.. if you intend to go for a walk skip this hotel! But if you intend to have a staycation, that's fine... the price is also relatively economical hehee. If you want to upgrade for 100k, get another hotel in a more strategic location...

Really surprised by this place, as wasn’t expecting much as it was so cheap. But really nice place! The rooms were in little wooden huts with balconies. My room was a little noisy from the family below, but when I informed reception they instantly moved me to another room. Staff were also lovely!
