I made a large order of food and unfortunately I didn't receive it. And apparently they called and my hendy doesn't show any calls strangely, so I definitely don't recommend them.

Super friendly owners and staff! You feel super comfortable. The pepperoni with garlic sauce and the warm bread were super tasty. The sirloin rolls filled with feta and cheese sauce were fantastically good. The deviled skewer that my husband had was also incredibly tasty. We had a very nice evening and our dog felt very comfortable too. 100% recommendation!

I chose this hotel partly because of the good reviews from Lokal. Unfortunately, I couldn't use this because when I arrived there was a note on the door saying that the restaurant was completely closed in August due to vacation. Unfortunately it wasn't on the homepage. Was very annoying. Unfortunately, the single room on the homepage did not correspond to reality. (as you can see from my pictures) Everything was pretty old-fashioned and totally worn out. The bathroom is super small and the mirror cabinet is already broken everywhere and completely yellowed, i.e. very old. But at least everything is clean. Despite everything, the bed was super comfortable and had really good pillows. Directly in front of my window (about 20 meters as the crow flies) the tram squeaked past, which wasn't exactly a burner. I always had to unplug the mini fridge in the room in the evening because it was louder than the tram. But the staff was always super friendly. The breakfast buffet was a bit meager, but all egg variations were offered. Maybe you should put something into modernization.

I/we can only judge the food, ordered there for the third time, twice the devil's steak, well done. 2 well-grilled pork loin steaks each, which sizzle properly, that's how a devil's steak should be :-) Price/performance ratio absolutely okay, gladly again.

This is how I would describe this Restaurant/Hotel (both the manager of this hotel and its employees).Poor quality service, staff very poorly trained in customer service (and I mean everything).Lack of common sense on the part of the Manager in providing details when the customer asks for more information or complains about something.I would recommend that this hotel be checked more by the Sanepid (the competent control bodies should do their duty) because I am sure that they would find countless irregularities (and here I mean: the hygiene and safety of the population in terms of public food + documents of provenance, register of entries - exits and others).So be careful dear consumers!!I do not recommend this restaurant 👎👎👎👎👎

We ordered pepperoni there three times and the zucchini fritters once.Bread was rock hard and you couldn't chew it and the zucchini fritters were a disgrace for almost €9

Can only rate the restaurant.Food ok, owner catastrophic/outrageous behavior towards us as guests. The place was empty and you had to listen to loud shouting and arguments from the boss. When we said something we were shamelessly insulted.This is not how you treat guests, I was shocked and left after 1 hour.Thanks for the spoiled evening. Never again in a restaurant like this without propriety..

We ate there again for a long time today and it was very good.However, it suddenly became extremely loud in the restaurant, where we were just sitting alone. Apparently there were problems and ultimately he wouldn't go down to the basement to yell at his people when I asked him if he didn't have separate rooms to sort this out.It would be our problem if it bothered us!The restaurant also didn't offer any coffee, ouzo or the like as an excuse.But no tip for this impudence on my part.It's a shame because the food is good. However, the boss is not justifiable towards his guests.

Restaurant Alexandros - the best Greek restaurant in Mannheim and the surrounding area in my opinion. The lamb leg with rice is very delicious, the meat is so tender that it falls off the bone! The ztaziki tastes just perfect, not too much garlic! The side salad with the homemade dressing is so incredibly delicious I always need two of them. What they put in the dressing makes you want more - risk of addiction. Top service, friendly staff. Always happy.Ps: whether ordered or in the restaurant - both are a pleasure every time!

I'm just judging the restaurant.We know all the Greeks in Käfertal.If we eat there every now and then, we order from Lieferando again.Are always very satisfied.The ambience is small, but nicely decorated.Food very tasty.Service very friendly.Wine list is great, everything tastes really good, quality is right. Price-performance ratio to the other Greeks in Käfertal is top.Here in Käfertal it is ranked number 1 among the Greeks for all aspects.Please keep it up.

I can only rate the food. We usually order there, which is incredibly great for us because we love Greek food but don't always want to drive to the restaurant. Before we bring a soggy pizza or a cold burger into the house, which is simply not worth the money, we like to order from Alexandros! When I call, they recognize my number and greet me friendly with my name. Please I don't need to give the address anymore. We are happy to accept the waiting time of 1 hour and are prepared for it. What many people don't know is that you can also order small bottles of Ouzo and feel at home, like in a restaurant! Simply divine! The food is great! There isn't everything that a Greek can have, but what they make is great, absolutely tasty and well made, like the Greek mom. A little tip: my husband loves a grilled plate with liver and unfortunately you don't have that 😉. I often eat lamb shank and it is simply 1a! We were already there and were thrilled by the warmth we encountered. The terrace was great, but it's not a fancy shop, everything is simple and just like in Greece😄 If the family makes jam or something else, there's always a sample when it's delivered! Please keep it up! We would like to thank you very much and hope that you will stay with us for a very long time! Efkharisto poli poli❤️❤️❤️

I would like to and can only judge the restaurant: Food is okay, as with many Greek restaurants the selection is not very diverse, the usual range of variations of gyros and skewers. However, this is prepared solidly, although it is not an address that I would recommend driving to. The terrace, which is actually quite nice, urgently needs to be improved.
