As always, we received a very friendly welcome. The room was ready on time, very clean and well maintained. Nothing was missing at breakfast. We are happy to come back, especially because of the friendliness and the perfect service. Clear recommendation for a hotel in the center of Ludwigshafen.

Very friendly Staff,rooms are not that expensive,stayed for a whole week,Public transport is nearby (Trains,Trams & Bus) also alot of Shops around.5~10 min till the train station,from there its just 5 min till Mannheim.Pet friendly Hotel,some rooms have Balkon's(For people who smoke,they dont have to go all the way down like in other hotels,otherwise there is an open place in the lobby like a Terrace where you could chill,drink your coffe,smoke,etc.The only cons would be no refrigerators in the rooms but there is 1 big refrigerator in the lobby accesible for everyone with fair use,the internet speed is OK,not suitable if you try to play online games on your own xbox or PS,but still good for other stuff like watching Netflix,Youtube,etc. (Still better than compared to other hotels from my expirience).Would definetly come back again in the next opportunity

I have never had such a bad experience with the service of a hotel. In response to a written booking request, I received an official offer, which I confirmed by returning my details. A day later I contacted the hotel reception by phone with an inquiry. It was only here that I found out that the offer I had officially accepted and confirmed by sending my details was incorrect and that the room was available but at twice the price per night. When I politely pointed out to the receptionist that it would have been useful to provide feedback, she immediately became extremely rude. When I pointed out that offers of this kind were generally legally binding without a corresponding clause, she threatened and hung up. A further attempt to make a clarifying call was not accepted several times.Mistakes can happen and I fully understand this, but I have never experienced a reaction of this kind.

The hotel is located in the very center of the city. Therefore, parking difficulties must be taken into account. The hotel does not have its own parking lot. The service was nice and helpful. Clean rooms with service. Special attention should be paid to the breakfast as it is above average for the hotel standard. I recommend it despite some inconveniences.

Outdated furnishings in my single room, with little comfort. The breakfast offer is not appropriate for the 12€. No kitchen and very old looking tables and chairs. The reception is on the first floor and is NOT suitable for cyclists and especially not for those with an e-bike like I have. There is no adjustment option at ground level. I had to take my e-bike up to the first floor, which I was only told when I arrived. No card payment possible at the terminal. The receptionist (young blonde lady) seemed very flippant with some very inappropriate comments when checking in. I find 75€/single room and 12€ for breakfast much too expensive compared to other similarly and modernly furnished hotels. Not recommendable

The hotel is located right in the city center, which makes parking a bit difficult. The rooms are fine as is the breakfast. However, the shower screen in our room was a bit awkwardly positioned. But the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Really a very nice, albeit simple, family-run hotel. The boss is very, very nice and accommodating. Rooms are very clean and the spring beds are first class. Even with loving details such as a kettle and coffee and tea with biscuits and in the bathroom the many washing and care items are not missing. They are all available here. There are even earplugs on the bedside table in case the wife snores. ☺️🤛We would come again. Thank you very much for the nice stay.
