AVOID THIS PLACE! Terrible experience!- Forged room assignment: charged premium price for inferior room- Abysmal communication: Manager Cicha absent, staff struggles with English- Rooms in disarray: broken toilets, cracked walls, filthy linen, and neglect- Breakfast nightmare: served lettuce with a WORM!- Inaccessible entrance: steep climb, locked gate, no assistance- Manager's disregard: no personal apology, only a weak WhatsApp sorryLocation is the only redeeming factor, but NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. Book elsewhere for a safe and respectful stay. Beware of broken promises and poor service!"

Accommodation very well located, at the end of the main street, away from the hustle and bustle and next to one of the temples. It allows you to go by motorcycle to the main points of Ubud and walk to the streets where there are restaurants and all kinds of services.There is a laundry next to the accommodation.Very friendly staff who facilitate motorcycle rental, transfer to the airport or port (it is not free) and any kind of needs you may have.The atmosphere is calm and familiar.The bungalow was comfortable, with two floors connected by somewhat noisy stairs. The bathroom lacked hot water.Breakfast was simple and the accommodation left 2 bottles of water daily in the room.The pool is very clean and comfortable.

I rented a villa with a large family.wonderful! ! !First of all, there is a parking lot, and it is very convenient as it is close to Ubud Market and Ubud Castle.The room is clean, the kitchen is well equipped, and the private pole is great.Even though it's in such a central location, I can still feel the nature, and I would love to stay there again. The staff are also kind.Recommended ♥️

Loved our stay here. Lovely stay. Central location. Could have had some towel changes/room clean during a 6 day stay. But would still come back for the great service, walking distance into ubud. The pool was the "coolest" we have found in a long time in bali. Easy walk to the champlung ridgewalk. Great warungs nearby and plenty of gojek food options too

I rented a private lodging through Airbnb and stayed there. Good location in Ubud. My wife and I stayed with our three children for a week and had no inconveniences. Because it was a traditional Balinese house, it made me feel more like traveling. Since the accommodation is close to the city, it was easy to take delivery taxis on foot. The location is close to downtown, but it is quiet once you enter the accommodation. There was a jungle in front and a rice field behind. I brought back only good memories of my first trip to Ubud.

Found it quickly. I made a reservation by phone with the hostess. I was met by another administrator and shown to the rooms. At 9 pm the singing in the temple stopped and there was silence with the chirping of birds. The room is not damp, spacious, there is hot water. Refrigerator, kettle, drinking water in the room. You can take it with breakfast, or without it, and the cost will be 50k lower. I recommend the hotel

- Great location for accessing Ubud and local eateries, but just beware that the hotel is a short walk up a steep hill which can be busy with mopeds- Room was good value for money at around £30/night, but was quite traditional- Unfortunately the room wasn’t cleaned throughout our stay, and we didn’t receive clean towels despite being there for 3 nights- Lovely terrace outside the room- Aircon and fridge in room- Bed was quite hard and uncomfortable- Room didn’t feel that secure as was only locked with a padlock and you could see inside the room through a gap in the door, additionally there was no safe for valuables

Great hospitality with worthy price. The pool and the pathways are amazing, feeling chill in this bungalow. The breakfast is good.Location is not too ideal but the landmarks are within walkable distance.Be careful walking at night, the lamp light is insufficient.

The location was pretty good along with the service. Their AC didn’t work in 3 rooms we booked. Some lights in the room didn’t work and the toilets didn’t have any lock

This place is good for value(expect what you pay for), the air conditioning is very average its not possible to sleep during the day as the room doesn't get cool at all.The pool lights were not working during the night and the fans in the room were not working as well.
