A nice short weekend in this hotel, which is run by the family. Room tip top clean. Small but nice and including breakfast buffet. Top price highly recommended and would be happy to come again.

Next to the hotel there is a church whose bells stop at 10 p.m. in the evening. You don't need an alarm clock in the morning because the bells start ringing at 6am.At least 150 x

Very nice location to spend the night! I was able to book a room a day in advance. Very friendly staff, speaks German/Dutch. The hotel is very cozy, and also very clean. Rooms are great! Chairs, cupboards and a TV are available in the rooms. Private bathroom with toilet. You can also take half board here, which is definitely recommended. You eat what you get, but it was delicious. Beautiful location in the black forest of Germany!🇩🇪😁

Pure Black Forest feeling with a great price-performance ratioThe hotel is very rustically furnished (exactly as you can see on the website/pictures), there is an incredible amount to look at. In the evening you can go to the guesthouse and in the morning there is a nice little breakfast.Our room was large, very clean and had a balcony with a great view, it was very quiet and an allergy pillow was available upon request.The owners were very nice, hiking trails are nearby, we would come back.

We liked it very much. The hotel remained in the 70s. Both in the rooms and in the restaurant. Just beautiful. Everything was very clean. The dinner was very, very good and sufficient. There was soup! Salad, main course and night table. Drinks cost extra. But they are very cheap. The breakfast is okay. You get full. The host is calm and very friendly.Parking spaces are on site.We'd love to come back.

Great location with very friendly hosts. There is a simple but good breakfast. The rooms are a bit old, but well maintained and clean. For the price - great. The view from the balcony is also great.A previous review complained about the water pressure - this is a water saving faucet with different levels! So with the right attitude it's fine.

The hotel was fine, good food, nice hospitality. Nice location, clean rooms and nice view from the balcony. Plus point for the owner Mr. Stoffer is that the lovely woman who served us in the Netherlands had never gotten a job like that. She was very sweet and helpful. So a big 10 from both of us.

Anyone who likes to stay overnight simply and cheaply is well served here. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The food (half board) was okay, but more like canteen quality, but given the low price you shouldn't expect that much. Price and performance are in proportion.

Very friendly owner, as soon as he noticed that I am a bit tall he gave me a room with a bigger bed, without me asking for it. The rooms are decent and clean (way better than the average rooms I get in this price range). The bed is nice and comfy, there is a balcony and the toilet is spacious enough. The room was already warm when I got there (unlike in other hotels). There is enough space to park (I have a small trailer with me and I didn't have to detach it for parking)
