Nice rooms, small but well maintained. WiFi great. Parking within 300m is a complete disaster. Resident parking spaces with parking permit and beyond that only parking for a fee.

Pleasant welcome from friendly staff, quick check-in, clean, tidy single room, free welcome drinks, comfortable bed, very quiet inside and out at night, easy parking for €10/24 hours directly in the area, clear hotel recommendation from me!

Welcome to the Romantic City, the City of Lovers. It is the most livable city in Germany and it is enough for you to see this city. Other centers were built in the same fashion. The hotel is located between the center and the station and has an average distance. They offer the opportunity to drink tea and coffee with the bonus coins given. There is a device at the entrance when you enter, after you make a reservation from this device and determine your room, you take your card, that is, your key, and enter. When you leave in the morning, you can leave the key in the designated box without speaking to anyone. Heidelberg is not a big city. After finding this hotel 10-15 minutes away from the station, we left our belongings and went on a city tour.

Essential hospitality…essential services. We ask for a bed rail for the little girl, not available. Very hot in the room. Cleaning ok. Convenient location but no parking.

PPRO:- self check in, fast, simple, in all languages, at any time (including night-€10 gives you a pass to park on residents' premises, which is convenient because the blue lines go from 6am to 7pm and it seems to me to be €1.50 an hour. While in silo car parks they are €20 per day.- large and clean rooms- there is no breakfast but they leave you 2 tokens for coffee/cappuccino in their machine.-5' walk from the start of the centreAGAINST:- no air conditioning, we didn't need it in August and we used the fan but it's fair to point it out- THE CARPET. Please remove it and become a 5 star!!Overall, apart from the carpet, I would definitely stay here again, I was with a newborn and the welcome was perfect even for putting the cot or, given the size, being able to keep the stroller in the room.If it was useful to you, leave a like

It's basically a hotel/hostel. The rooms are quite small and the services are basic. No fridge in the room. Check in is done via an automatic teller machine equipped with a card reader. You enter your booking details, pay and he gives you the smart card. Well located, it is useful for those who need minimal accommodation.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were less good though. But the easy arrival and departure, the elevator to take the luggage up were pluses!
